I get a version conflict. Please remember to always tell people if you have 1.23 or TSF.

-xsnooze,
I don’t get what you said. Could you be a bit more specific, please?
EDIT
Oh, and by the way, I was wrong about the JJ3D demo not being available on the web—I found a version that was leaked onto the web. :|

This is a fun little quiz. It’s just about the right level of difficulty, with enough easy questions that everyone should be able to answer some, but enough tough questions that only experts could answer them all without cheating. There is also a healthy dose of humor in some of the questions. There are maybe one or two questions that could possibly be rephrased to be a bit more clear, but none have any problems where they can’t be understood at all.

no offense, but lately this irritates me as hell.
you can figure out what i mean.
wavs don’t run in jj2, and just don’t give higher ratings for musics.
level is not very fun. actually a whole copy. i don’t get the point, if i want to play this is will play jj1 instead.
i don’t see myself playing this, since i don’t get the point why i should.

As always, Olo, your feedback is GREATLY appreciated!

As for the levels, don’t worry. I’ll just start making, and I’ll turn it back over to you whenever you get back. Don’t worry a bit. Good luck in life!

PT32 this is my last comment when I leave for some time this page.
The levels was very good. Next hard working on this level,if someone wants to play old JJ1 orginal levels,PT32’s are the best.
PT32 unfortunatelly I can’t send my levels to you, because jumps freak error. If you want to submit Episode 3,you must create your own Fanolint and Megairbase levels :)
My rate about this level is…umm..
9.0
I will be back,surely!!! And I’ll return with(maybe)Episode Four ;)

PT, Hurt events do half the job in multiplayer as they should, as they only hurt the host. Clients only flinch from these.

Well, as they say, practice makes perfect. If people don’t like your level, try again; your newer levels will always be a little bit better every time.

I thought eyecandy was excellent! I thought the rain fit! It is in no way a small level, as it is [I believe] well over 5000 tiles.
I’m still getting used to this.

I don’t know why you’re writing all this dumb stuff about me, but I would like you to tone it waaay down. You don’t need to be nearly this critical, and you really sound like you’re picking fights. Do you ever have anything positive to say about me?
This is not a personal attack. It’s just an observation.

It’s okay, Faw. No harm meant in any way. Maybe I should just try harder…

this is a very small level, where i can’t see anything because off the rain spam. further a very worse dead end in the right and weird masked unseeable objects, tubes make this level even more complicated as it is. eyecandy is okay, but oculd have some more variety in the background. overall, i don’t see myself playing this again, sorry :S.

Nothing special about it.. but anyway, this level is to small for the contest.. Width + height should be 5000 and the ‘playable’ area comes to like 4200. the level itself is very small, with small paths.. coins were useless for those weak power ups, not very good flow.. and stuck at hurt events, because they won’t hurt in multiplayer.

Eyecandy
Well the eyecandy is not very original but the tiles fit very well and i like that tubes from layer 3 from left and right of the lvl.
Ammo placement
There are not much ammo’s and no PU’s.
But generaly the ammo’s are placed good.
Those ammo’s should appear a bit earlyer
i think.
Gameplay
This lvl can be played easily the tiles are good combined.
I was a good idea to place the control points in a tunel and at the end of that tunel a pit ;)
Bugs
I have found a bug at those vines, when jump at the end of a vine i get stuck.
Maybe that problem should be fixed.

Download recommendation: NO

House is a level made in Haunted house, one of my favorite tilesets. But there were a lot of problems in this level.

first of all, there were a lot of tilebugs. There was no third layer at all the doors, and at all the secrets layer 3 didn’t overlayered layer 4, so you can see jazz when he jumps. This may seem like a small thing, but it really breaks this level.
Also, sometimes it was just too hard. For example: it was impossible to pass the ‘wall’ of generating addon sparks, and the two crates and the TNT were impossible to find.

But there were good things, the eyecandy wasn’t bad, the enemies well balanced, there was quite a big difference between easy and hard, and there were enough goodies. But that is not enough to give my download recommendation, I just didn’t enjoy playing “House”.

(sorry for bad grammar)

n00b,

the reason for the delay was that I had already used up my upload limit for june.
Use the TSF editor, if you don’t want to play them in order [surely you had the sets before this?!]. If I can figure out a way to make save-and-run work for jp, I will notify you and update the file.

EDIT-Well, I guess I’ll just do that then. I don’t know why I created a separate directory, maybe cause my homecookedlevels list takes 2 minutes to load because there’s so much on it, and I wanted to make it go quicker, but yeah. I will definitely update the concept I had.

EDIT-Faw, I am currently working on an updated version of the level. Better set, it should be a dramatic improvement. This level does need work. But I am very busy now that school is going, so don’t anybody get mad at a late arrival time for levels. I am also currently working on Turtemple, the up-and-coming release, helping OLOELO bigtime on his project, working on the new Fanolint, and trying to squeeze a battlepack in the spare time. So don’t get all huffy.

Considering that this tileset is pure garbage, you did a good job. It looks like it did in Jazz 1. I say give it a download if you want to see a decent level made out of a bad tileset. I’ll say N/A for now as I’m not sure what to think.
