Pretty neat. Danyjel is right as that the mask is different. The only thing I can rate on here is this eyecandy, which kind of sucks. So, I won’t rate this that high ;-/ I think it’s very stupid that you have to wall climb to get to powerups. How would you get back down? This is battle, not a wallclimbing game. The minute you got up, you’d start fighting your ex-wallclimb partner. Overall, average 6.0. This reminds me of my JJ1: Warzone.

And, I just accidently wrote “Warezone.” That would’ve been owned by teh allmight admins. ;p

If it were smaller, it would look…odd. And it’s a conversion, not a remake. Moreover, I’d have yelled at him if he edited them at all. ;P
Technically, the bottom hole tiles are the layer 3 tiles, although it isn’t the best use. And I also yelled at him about the empty space, but…eh.

On the other hand, where can I get this de-pixelating program?

Great program, which fixes a large bug in some game types. This especially helps in bank robbery, because otherwise teams would have something of a disadvatage if they weren’t on servers side. The fact that there’s xp support is a bonus, and that its so simple is great. .. 1 button ;P

Anyhow I’ll just get to the rating part now. The interface is a little plain but it’s so small anyhow that there really isn’t 1 needed.

My final score will be 8.5/10

Alright set, but it’s blocky (you could’ve made it smaller or ran it through a special program) and you don’t have any layer3 tile to cover the front of the holes. And there’s a lot of blank tiles.

Good program, with enough options, and its pretty simple for the average computer person whos no expert ;P.
Anyhow I was able to see how this program advanced after the earlier versions and its improved nicely , so ill give this a 8.2

Ok first, the level has a pit that goes nowhere which would leave a player helpless and stuck for the rest of the race : -5
Second, bees in race… doens’t work on the internet, unless you use those glitchy programs which are just that glitch : -2
The level is very short no weapons lack of original eyecandy :-3

The level design doesn’t look ugly: +2
SO I’ll rate this a generous 2 :D.

This tileset is very good in my opinion. It does miss some things from keen 5, but that’s obviously why its called set one. Anyhow the tileset is well done , and easy to use. The masking isn’t bad, although it doesn’t have my birthday mentioned…. ;P. anyhow (0.o different colour) the example levels are very good and show the wide uses of the what u can do with the tileset. Although in the one part where the seeker power up is I would think you’re supposed to be able to go down, you can in teh keen games anyhow. Hard to make? i dont think so. you just have to convert jazz 1 menu music to j2b with modj2b or what it name was, and then rename it as menu.j2b im not gonna rate this yet.

How informative, Snooz.

This level is actually not that bad, it’s just let down by a few minor stuff. Things. Yeah.

The whole level is symmetrical. This can or can not be a good thing, but here it works out alright. The design is good enough, you can get around the level easily enough, but the flow could be improved – there were a few platforms placed just to be annoying.
The eyecandy is good – it uses the default Damm backgrounds and music. I liked the way the black tiles were used as a ‘background’ to make it a bit less repetitive. Good on the whole, though.
The weapon placement, however, drops the level down a bit. There’s a lot of ammo pickups, placed in clever enough places. However, there’s a lot of fastfires, but everything has a respawn time of 7 seconds, so getting a full fastfire is easier done than said. Having a full fastfire is powerful, the player needs to earn it. There weren’t any powerups either.

On the whole, not a bad level. Download it if you want, although there’s better out there.[This review has been edited by Shen]

Yuh, me too. This is very nice for your first level. The eye-candy all works, you seem to have got the hang of the layers. Different tiles are used, ridding the grid effect. You could make layers 6 and 7 move a bit slower, though.
The weapons placement is a bit of a letdown, though – spread them out, don’t clutter them up in various places. Don’t use the Ice powerup, it’s seldom used anyway.
The gameplay is good, and the flow is nice. It’s easy enough to get around the level. I didn’t hear any music, though.

Download recommendation? Yes, this is worth a look. Host it once or twice maybe.

Firstly, congratulations on not making this warez. It’s one of the least warezziest levels I’ve ever seen. Well done.

Race levels are seldom made, and for a reason. Most people find races unexciting compared to Battle and CTF. Also, there’s a lack of good race levels. This one adds to the junk pile.
Violet is right, all you need to do is put Caps Lock on and hold right. You’ll run fast enough to avoid most of the obstacles, jump over a pit, miss some spikes, and lose a heart on the warp.
The bees take up most of this level. The kind that kills you in races. Not great. There’s a lot of them, most people wouldn’t be bothered to shoot any. All you do is run right until you warp, such speedloops like this aren’t amazing for races.

I hope you’re not expecting good eyecandy now. This uses Diamondus, and all of the tiles are the same. They all fit together perfectly, but this offers nothing new, it’s just boring. There’s even two tiles missing from the big pit that could be a warp, but no, it’s just two tiles missing.

To improve: Add some eyecandy tiles, a few less bees, and make it less linear. Bend the track about a bit. Don’t use Hurt events, warp the player back to the start. No download recommendation.

This race level was very bad, and i give 3 reasons why:

- bees,bees,bees and just more bees………..

-boring eyecandy , every tile is same…..

-its just boring, and you just have to run…………
