OMG 9.5 THANX THANX THANX
The reason i posted this review is because i forgot to mention something. Firesword deserves some credit for inspiration, because a while ago, after i made my battlepack, conversionbattlepack, so it was named, FS tried convincing me to make a CTF pack instead of a race pack. And so i did, so i guess this pack was partially made for FS, and partially for myself o’course. So whenever u see FS, bonk him on the head with a crowbar plz. Some more reviews plz, i feel very good today =)
Thanx blurredD, it needed that. Like i said, these are mini, if they werent mine, i personally would of rated them an 8. Ill keep working on bigger levels.[This review has been edited by Blackraptor]

This is disguises fish tileset, interesting, funny level, good structure for CTF playing and good weapon selection.
Hazardous Space: Ohh, nice level, similar (in a way) to Zaitox Station nice layout, good weapons selection and good back+foreground effects.
Unreal CTF: This CTF is really unreal! Weird things blinking is- UNREAL! Interesting tileset, nice layout- lil hard to see where your going because of the some-what clear differences.
Flodded Rainforest: Nice- using nature tileset- good choice- nice weapons placement and good layout- mostly smooth for CTF playing (TIP!!!) so good job on did lvl.
Land Of Darkness: Discription siuits da tileset, very dark and efil. Good movement, weapon selection: good. Funne background _
Iron CTF: Lovely choice of music, nice tileset too! Great smooth lvl, float-ups for easy gameplay, and good lvl features. Personally this was my favourite.
All in all i give this great CTF Level pack at 9.5!
Download reccomended![This review has been edited by KILLERRABBIT]
Uh…
I just made a MIDI of this, and I frankly remember getting the intervals right. Your bassline is in G, while the melody is in A. Did I miss something, or aren’t both parts actually in B?
That “Rabbit” echo gets very annoying, very fast. I’m sorry. And that poor attempt at beatboxing doesn’t help the song much either, if that’s even what it is.
You’ve got a nice Orchestra Hit sound though.
3.
I must say, i didnt like this as much as all of you. At first, it just looks wierd, especially the backround, and i really didnt like this. The placement of ammo, it could of been better, but it is ok. The layout sometimes gets annoying, i was desperately looking for a way down all the time, and i didnt think that was really good. The eyecandy bugged me the most, really, and i didnt like this much. But it is still very good and deserves a high rating, although i know Cell can do way better.
This pack features bitmaps (.BMP’s) of Lori, Spaz, and Jazz but they are, as previously mentioned, all marked as the same. As for Moonblaze’s comment: you must not know of a handy Windows feature that allows you to stretch any image you use as the desktop to fill up the entire area. It does not matter how small the bitmap is, Windows will automatically extend it. The images should all be reuploaded correctly, but this is still a nice collection. I’m not sure if I would use it as my desktop (a previous Jazz Jackrabbit 2 desktop picture is by far the better choice), but it is still worth a look.
I like the image, but you maked them all the same. Please upload then one of them.
Haha, you must be kiding. Like anyone here wants to use bad-ripped bmps on a size of 100 sizes less than my actually deskop.
Took ya time upload this one CelL. Its a great level, with (yes), a cool musicfile called project.
I like the level fairly much, and recom you download it.
Actually the file was not found.
The barf points:
1. You forget the next level setting. Shame.
2. The robot is easy to defeat, this time he isn’t harder then the “Labrat-robo”.
3. In the start you wll be hurted, because you cant see yourself.
4. There are too many suckers, so if you go in them, you will be hurted.
5. Gameplay suck(er)
6. Eycandy wargh.
7. Design is censored.
The good points:
1. It’s orginal. (+0.2)
Orginal but no download reccomedation. Sorry.
Why, yes. The method I used is called “standing on the other side of the tube the robot can conviniently not cross and then just shooting at him”.
Needs work.. eyecandy low, gameplay low, design decent. I’m not sure this should be rated, though.
Ah download it here: www.sunfungames.150m.com/robo.zip
AAAAH, ‘twas like a long time ago since I last flew by to check j2o…ow well.. the online scene is so…dead.
I am in the proces of creating a new tileset so I will be coming to more dls soon. ANNNNYWAY, the review:
I have not much to add that hadn’t been said, but out of principle here is something:
the set is grand. Better than the old hocus pocus if you ask me (yes I still have that too). There is only one grade for this kind of work – > 10.
Good looks, good feel, good gameplay, excellent conversion.
Finally a level without the *** everywhere float ups and springs so you can too easy gor around the level. People want to play a game, not to look at it. We have TV for that.
But okay, this level haves a few eyecandy bugs and a really nice textstring (What language? Martians or something?). The half part of the level is blue and the another red. How orginal ;)
The music rule for it. There are some bugs in gameplay like a thingie next to the BouncerPU what is Lori-unfriendly (test your levels always with Lori).
But, this is really one of your better ones, CelL. Download this noW!!!!
Level 1: Project Black Battle
I’m not sure what Unhit meant about a lack of powerups. There are three of them that I found, in fact. The level is mostly a connected network of the big 3 tile wide tubes Metal Mania has, though they don’t use layer 3. There’s also a small outside area with an annoying background, and that’s where the powerups are.
Level 2: Project Electroman
Sadly, this level had nothing to do with the “Electroman” game by Apogee. Instead it was a battle level using Mez02. The main feature is a few tube things you see here and there which take you up and down. There are like three powerups and a fire shield. The seeker powerup is especially interesting, because there’s nothing to stop you from shooting it through the wall, and if you warp into it, there appears to be no way out unless maybe if you’re Spaz. The whole level needs more oneways. Too much ammo, but other then that, this is a decent level.
Level 3: Project Blaster
Why do people make so many maze like levels using Mez01’s white bricks and only that? Anyway, this is a mazish battle level with some pockets of ammo (so I’m not sure why it’s called what it is) and quite a few carrots. The eyecandy consists of rainbow blocks flying by. Ok, but not enough gameplay, as it’s hard to get around. Oh, and there are those annoying \ (or /) tiles on top of solid tiles, so you can get stuck (sometimes)..
Level 4: Proyect Deathmatch (that’s how it’s spelled!)
Yay. This one actually uses the tileset semi-well (except for the annoying background effect) and the design is ok. There are too many deadends, though, and all the ammo is powerups (which is I guess why Unhit found powerups here), so there could be a lot of deaths here.
Level 5: Project Big war
This level attempts to be big. Yes, attempts. Most of it is trees (which can be hard to get by), almost all the ammo is powerups (again). There are deadends, eyecandy bugs, etc. Still, this one has some good points.
Level 84! YES YOU HEARD ME!: Project Jumpinthefier (fier?)
There is no fire in this level. I just thought I’d say that straight away. You start out with a few powerups you can’t get back to afterwards (unless you die). You jump down into the main area, which is a linear place with lots of powerups. It can take a while to get somewhere, but there’s nothing there. You should have stayed back with the powerups. Tileset use is ok, though.
Project 7: Project Goodbye (not the last level)
Never make a Heaven level unless you know that the key and lock tiles aren’t supposed to be hung around on the wall randomly (and not do anything), and you can make good eyecandy with it. People who see the Heaven tileset want levels with good eyecandy. This one’s eyecandy falls under “ok”. The design is nothing spectacular, and the author needs to use some transparency and one ways. Too many powerups, not enough ammo, and a platform flying through the air with statues on it round off this not so spectacular level.
Level 8: Project Kobra
This level is saved by the tileset, which is decent looking and easy to use enough that it’s hard to be bad in the eyecandy factor. That said, this level actually has decent eyecandy. Nothing special, but nothing terrible. And he shows off that the author (Jaws, I think) put a sea creature in a tileset where water doesn’t work. Enough about the tileset. The level’s design could use some work. It’s basically a flat (well, there are slopes, but you know what I mean) area with a platform or two up above. You also can jump in the water and swim right to the bottom of the level! Is that not enough? Ok.. you can get easily stuck at the top right corner.
Level 9: Project Spaceman
The fact that stands out in this level is that it is hard to see what is solid and what isn’t. The wall and layer 3 are the same tiles often (and sometimes you think the Real walls aren’t solid), and the design isn’t that great. Run around in small passages and get powerups. It’s kind of linear, too, never a good sign. However, tileset use is fair, though admittedly it doesn’t use all that much other then the basic walls.
Level 10: Project Gunfire (I sense a trend in the level names)
I thought Unhit talking about the rain would prepare me. I was wrong. The rain, which is in the foreground but not transparent, actually moves the opposite X direction it faces, as well as not moving Y at all. The design’s ok, though. Tileset use would be good except for the fact that the masking of the sand in Temple sucks, so you should have put it in layer 3 over more normal walls or something. Too many carrots and powerups, and too much ammo sometimes.
Level 11: Project Blue War
A smallish level which feels bigger then it really is. Uses the tileset rather well, except the lightning effect, but the design isn’t incredible. Still, this level has good points, and is IMHO one of the better levels in the pack.
Level 12: Project Boomerang
I’m sorry, but this needs some lighting effects to feel right for me. Its a level set in the caves of the Space Warbase tileset (and it would use them well if not for the fact that the insides of the walls are all repetitive.. repetitive.. repetitive…), and tries to feel like a cave. As in, it’s a bunch of narrow passages, most of which are deadends. Too many powerups, not enough of anything else.
I had a lot of bad comments about the levels, but they have good points sometimes, too..[This review has been edited by Violet CLM]
Lets start
First, ill do a report on the rooms
The rooms: I must say I was expecting quite more rooms, but the detail in those few rooms make up for it. It is well detailed, goes beyond what a normal room should have etc.
The games/fun: They are interesting and fun, just like the name. The rollercoaster idea, i dun care about originality, was marvelous. I felt it could of been abit longer, but ingenius nonetheless. The pinball was above average, to say the truth, ive never seen a better pinball :O:O:OThe test was irritating and hard, but thats what you get out of tests, but it was good as well. The freeze idea rox, and was really well made and fun. The shaking was cool too, an interesting idea. I did have trouble getting out when i first tried shaking, but got used to the routine later on. Disco rocked, like the red and black tiles. Springroom also looked cool
Sports: The sports were also well done, i cant remember all of them so i cant say much. Some could of been expanded, but i dont think SuperSaiyan did that because the filesize is already big.
Swiiming pool/Bank: The swimming pool was good, some what i think are diving boards are included, a sauna etc. The bank had creativity but lacked size.
Store: Lacked size, but still was interesting. The prices were a bit unfair, having a seekr pu as much as a sugar rush etc.
What else did i forget, oh yeah, battle: The battle room rocked, love the tile and weapon placment etc. I also liked the secret way, it allowed you to explore the level more and stuff. I cant remember anything else, and really arent in the mood for checking, but i will mention what I think is by far the best in this level than any other hotel. That thing is eyecandy. No hotel ive seen so far had eyecandy even half as good asthis. People just think OMG HOTELS ARE ONLY FOR ROOMS AND GAMES, WHO CARES AOBUT EYECANDY, THIS IS ONLY A HOTEL. Well, that aint true, any level should have good eyecandy, even if its 10×10 tiles small! This is certainly the best hotel level which is made form the best hotel tileset and i reccoemend you to download this. Its better than most levels, really (i mean non hotel levels)
Hm..This review didnt take as long as i thought, and it was fun, counting as my 250th review=)
Woops, forgot mah rating=P
Ill leave it NA, since my rating is undecided….

The helicopter is supposed to be like a FAN. As in FANolint. I know it sounds like a helicopter. Kills MPTracker
hmm….
I HATE THE HELICOPTER!!!
:@ #_$
Nope, sorry. Doesn’t do it for me. And what’s that helicopter doing in there? :P
Though it’s a welcome relief from your usual style, I do somewhat prefer your other remixes.
