A bit too complicated for me in the beginning, program rules.
Fëårlè$sCC.
I will always be CC.
Sorry about the | thing. I’ll figure out what is wrong and re-upload it as version 1.10 ASAP.
TSF compatibility will be in version 2.x, because I have yet to find the memory addresses.
Sorry… when it’s not TSF compatible your letting a whole bunch of fans down…[This review has been edited by Genotoxin aka iCeD]
This is a very useful program I was talking to iCeD about something like this.
But the :chat is buggy It doesn’t work the most of the time it worked for me when I talked in all CAPS.
This is a pretty cool little proggie—and usefull too! My favorite thing about it right now are the abilities to change the next level and change a player’s score. These two things combined make is easy to switch to any level avaliable.
One big problem I have with this version is that the :chpscore command doesn’t seem to work anymore. It keeps saying I didn’t put in the | (pipe) charcter when I did.
The :chat command seems to be the most buggy, but it probably can’t be made much better.
I don’t really want to give an actuall rating yet, but right now I’m concidering it to be about a 7.0.
i really don’t get how it works
[You call that reason for rating something a 1? -Fquist][This review has been edited by Fquist]
Yeah it doesn’t work. Don’t worrie. It’s probably cuz I’m running Win2k Prof. NOTHING WORKS! YAY!
Lets just say that without this, i would`nt be in the JJ1 conversion business:-P. Thanx for finding it Linkie-winkie:-D.
Ah, finaly someone that has the guts (i think) to use a converted tileset! This level is definitly above averege. It has very good eyecandy, good weapen placement and gameplay. One of my only comments is that i did`nt find any sign of the fact that Newspaz made the conversion. You should always make something that indicates who made the tileset your level uses. But apart from that, this is a good battle level you made. Download recomendation? Definitly, especialy if you like jazz 1 tilesets. (like i do ;-P)[This review has been edited by >CelL<]
I can’t play multiplayer Jazz 2, cuz I’m behind a firewall, but I decided to check out this level and it was a very good level. The eye candy is pretty good, and the layout is great.
Good level, the layout was nice and smooth, altho it got a litte rough at some parts but not too bad. I found a layer bug but it wasn’t real bad. The weapons were placed fairly well, as were the coins, there was just the right amount of carrots in a level that size. Some places u could get stuck in like the destruct scenery, but overall a pretty good level (look at me, I sound like a real level reviewer :-p)
Comdlg32.ocx, eh? hehe, its a control link used in his program Common Dialog 32-bit….eheh Link, include your ocxs in your project, lucky for me i have vb5 and the ocx comes with vb so bleh ;p.
It doesnt work, i d/lled the runtime files. still doesnt work, it says it cant locate some kinda ocx file:
COMDLG32.ocx
‘
how do i fix it?
Sorry about that…I’m making it compatible with TSF right now, so I’ll reupload it as soon as I finish (probably later today)
Great program, i will give a detailed review later. Anyways, as long as it is not TSF-compatible (i just tested and somehow, it didnt work), its complete crap (and i wont rate it :-).
Cool… Its really nifty, and its getting used alot. The only thing is, does it work in full screen, cause you cant see it. oh well… Ill guess ill just use Project T
Coolness. Finally, someone does it. :)[This review has been edited by Syntax]
useful for jdc, right syntax? neato! ;p
big isnt the right word…its HUGE :P
anyway onto the review…
quite nice battle level, with the mez2 tileset. easy to use, but still lovable. level contains some good stuff like coins to spend in 2 different bonus warps, a small pinball area and so on. just to make sure you wont get bored :). however, sometimes there is just too much stuff available in an area, making it a big mess, some ways are large but lineair, and then the background which i think is rather irritating – same tiles as layer 4 and going way fast..
this is a lvl the battlefans must have -that doesnt mean others dont have to download it – its great fun. what are u waiting for? it wont come flying into yer jazz folder get it!
It doesnt work with me =(
what do u have to do with the file?
