Beep beep beep beep beep beep beep beep… YAY! This is totally awesome! I luv this! No more latin anymore (sorry, off-topic, but I hate my latin teacher and I’m happy cuz school’s out ;). The beat is cool, something like “pumping beeps”, if that’s something. Well, this is definetly one of the best MOD’s I’ve got in my JJ2 folder! Not that I got MODs in another folder :P. Well, enough said. Download this if ya want stuff!

Ah! Psych! +0.2!

The design of this level is very confusing, sometimes even more confusing than my levels ;). For some reason I like the green background. The ammo placement is average, maybe a bit too much, but I’m an ammo freak so I won’t lower my rating for that. The gameplay is not too bad. Sometimes I was some sort of stuck, but I got out everytime. Well, the school bell rings. Bye bye!

gives CelL a good rating

Well. The CelLevator is a nice idea, but it’s too small to be a smash hit and too big to be an elevator ;). It has a great design, and some nice stuff. Altough I think it was nicer when you put the red base in the upper-RIGHT corner adn the blue base in the lower-left corner. Anyway.

The second level uses an awesome music file (Mechanism Eight) and is not too big. The design style is cool (!), and now I see that my levelcreating style is totally different from CelL’s ;). The ammo placement is good, and there’s some useless food. Some masks are irritating, I was “bouncing” on them.

One more thing to say, I luv both music files! I already knew them, but I lost them. Thanks for including them :)

here, (another) 7,7 is yours. I’m sad today for some reason. That’s why this isn’t an 8,0.

Wen I saw this first, I thought “Oh crap!”. Luckily I took a look at the example level, and I saw some not too good level, but the design is good and I see that the tileset is a tight, weird but usefull thingy. Well, nuff said. Only one thing, to WR: The mask texts are not too original, they are already used alot, like in Disguises “Blue World”, etc. 6,5

At the first, I want to say I like this tileset. At the second, I want to say that there is WAY too much ammo in this level :)

Anyway. The music rocks, and the design of this not-so-big level is good. Altough there are some mask problems. The level is not too Jazz and Lori friendly. And em… Springs at the very left side of the level don’t work. Well, one more (positive) thing, about the food. How mad, I like it! Whoo! This tileset just needs food :)

Okay, that’s the end of my review number 150. Grab the 7,0 (BTW, I was undecided between 6,5 and 7,0, but cus I’m happy it’s an 7,0 :)

Coolness! At last some tileset with really, realistic animals. I was waiting for that :). The graphics are worth an 7.0, they have some 3D-ish look but they are not that special stuff. The inca god-thingy (that gold human sculpture) is very well done, and so the animals are. The example level is boring, but it shows really how you can use this cowy set. I’m really getting the feeling I’m walking in the amazon forest. Also a plus are the plants. They are so cool! They are absolutely not realistic drawn, but they are “feeling” realistic. I don’t really know how to say it. I have some weird feeling I’m gonna make a level with this :).

Well. I threw my firs rating (7.0) in the trash can and luckily I found some better rating (8.0) in my livingroom. Here, it’s yours!

Moo! This level is er…. cool :p. But since I became a low rater I think the other ratings are a too high. The level has great eyecandy, sometimes a bit too confusing but overall good. The gameplay is some kind of “above average”. Sometimes I ahd to search for the “exit”. The ammo is good, not too much. That’s all. I’m a low rater (since I started listening to KoRn :) so I won’t give this more than an 7.0

BTW, I think the 9,5+ ratings are a bit too high.

Oh my holy JCS! As everyone, I looked at it :p. The tileset has graphics like platforms, vines and some weird “screenshotted” (Yeah, weird verb :) stuff like the poles from some tileset, and some useless (IMO) screenshots of a swinging vine with a crate. I really don’t get why everyone is giving this a 6.0. A tileset is something to make a level with, not something to combine with other tilesets. So I’m sorry, Violet, but I can’t give this higher than a 4.0.

Okay, reactions to the critics :)

Violet: I know they can be usefull for that, but they are taking much space from the tileset and I would rate it batter if you put other stuff in the used space. mr Magoo was talking about combining tilesets to a mega level (or something). I changed my rating to a 5.0 :p. And please don’t remember me as “the-stupid-who-rated-my-tileset-so-low” :)

Whizz: I never create small levels with tileset before I review it because even when I create a small level I’m busy with it around 3 hours and I think that’s wasting time (I’m a perfectionist; I’m testing the level around every 10 seconds and I’m spending minutes on the good fitting of two tiles :)[This review has been edited by Fl@$h aka BlewMeUp]

The tileset is by Bluez, as far as I know.

Okay, my review. The tileset is great, but I don’t like the moving err… stuff at the background, it’s confusing. The music doesn’t fit IMO, it’s more something for an ancient level. The design is good, maybe sometimes the level is too empty, but that’s nuffin’. I like it. The ammo placement is OK, maybe too much, but I like ammo :). Too bad the UFO’s are so little, I luv them! It’s also cool you used the “Got Moogoo?” etc. billboards, they rule and they’re giving the level a “city atmosphere”. Well… Said everything about this. This is a real 6.5 level :). Grab your rating and give it a twist!

Moo! I’m the lowest rater so far, phoo! Anyway. The tilesets are great, especially if they are really drawn by hand (and I don’t think you are lying, Disguise). They have all a bit 3D look (I mean, well… Guess ;). Oh well, nothing more to write. Only one thing, they could be a bit bigger. mOO. I’m weird, goodbye and grab the 7.5.

Anyway. The “Jazz” is like a pumped up green rabbit, while holding a blue pipe and shooting eggs :). I don’t like it too much, but it’s not too bad at all. You can get a 4.0 for this.

Whargh. I got mad, when I touched one spring I got bumped to another spring which bumped me to another spring… I recommend you to get enough freezers. The ammo came back a bit fast.
As said, every kind of ammo has its own room. Hmmm… The bouncer room was a bit weird. the blocks were moving so I couldn’t get out of there and the blue springs were very annyonning.Overall, there was too much ammo. The music didn’t fit and the tileset was a bit boring (duh, only 9 tiles…). Anyway, I didn’t like it too much. You can get a 5.7 out of this. Grab it.

Really? I got some Endless Error when i tried to play it.

Are you sure about that? This level has very bad gameplay, because there are warps everywhere and you never know where a warp will lead to, so you’re just guessing where you will appear. The level is very small and has sucky weapon placement. And as far as I know, rating enemy’s of a Battle Level is pretty weird, Unknown Rabbit :)
The eyecandy is just er… horrible. You can stand in things I thought they were background scenery and I’m falling trough solid-looking stuff. This level looks like the first steps of Miika-Matias thorough the foggy worlds of the JCS ;). I can’t give this more than an 3.5, sorry.

It works fine. I already reviewed the 1.23 version, and since this is the same but for TSF, I’ll say nothing more.

The tileset has much stuff 4 eyecandy, and some stuff for platforms. I like the design.
