I had the oppurtunity to play this with Aiko, Flea, Stiletto, and others this morning and I must say it’s fabulous (:
Not much more to be said, except that I disagree with iCeD that the levels are too big. I love big CTFs. My favorite is definitely the second one. The music selection is AWESOME as well, although I’m not sure why you edited Smile, the original was so cool!

KJAZZ, I hereby award you the “most improved” award. Compared to your old stuff, you have improved by LEAPS AND BOUNDS. I am quite impressed by your fast improvement. Your eyecandy has improved signifigantly. There are several aspects of this level that I would like to draw to your attention because they detract from the gameplay, though. A chat room is pointless, I think. It detracts from the gameplay in that this game is for battling..not chatting. Besides, if someone wants to kill someone else in a chatroom, they’ll do it, if they really want to :P
Shield = evil. Ammo is good, but a shield is basically like a temporary JJGOD. I don’t like them, and I think they take away from the gameplay.
There aren’t enough coins in the level, I think. Add a hidden gold coin somewhere…and then you’ll have yourself a good coinwarp. With so few coins in such a small level, you’re sure to get roasted before you get enough coins for the warp.
The multiple ammo boxes I don’t like either. Scatter your ammo around..make people hunt for it. You also might want to put a single powerup somewhere to create some nice conflict around an area.
I don’t quite understand the pinball area. I don’t think it fits in this type of level either :P
Use the backround layers a little more too :)
Overall, not so great. But, as I said, compare this to your old stuff, and you’ve made great progress :)
I’m giving you a 5.5 because of the great improvement you showed. You look at your old stuff….now you look at this and you see that KJAZZ is getting better and putting forth some effort here. Good job KJAZZ. Keep at it and at this rate you’ll be a good levelmaker in no time (;
I figured out why I love this pack so much. Ever played that old DOS game Ancient Empires? Action puzzles galore, awesome game. I was ADDICTED. It engaged my imagination and I loved it. It was reaaaally hard too. I never managed to beat it on expert mode. This pack engages my imagination in the same way. (:
And good luck aiko…it’s worth it for the credits (;

New ideas EVERYWHERE. AMAZING. Gameplay advances left and right. FABULOUS. The best puzzles I have ever seen.

No gameplay bugs, clear paths, and when you wanted something hidden, you hid it well (:
Great secrets, great everything.
Difficulty – check
Hard as heck. I love it.
Eyecandy – check check check check

Tilesets – Wow. I always thought Tomb Raider – Venice would be cool if it was workable. AWESOME.
Music – Man, the music just sealed the deal for me. It felt like a NEW GAME. I am AMAZED.

I did find one minor minor minor minor bug. In the central cave after the "nasty trap" with those skeletons, you put the text event "nasty trap" in again for no apparent reason. Of course, this doesn’t affect the rating, it’s so minor. (:

I agree Kejero. You’ve got to work darn hard before your level sees the light of day. (:
And you will get tired of the level long before you release it, but keep going. If you stop, the level won’t get released. (:

Perhaps the level isn’t so good. I wouldn’t disagree. BUT. There is NO reason at ALL to go bashing the levelmaker. Be nice, darnit! The things you said are completely uncalled for.

You seem to have good ideas, good concepts and ways to enhance the gameplay. You just need to work on the presentation. Eyecandy is very important. Work with the other layers, make it look niiiice (:.
Check out some high-rated levels, as iCeD said.
Vary tile placement, try stuff out. Experiment and spend a lot of time on your levels.
With practice comes perfect (to use the cliche) and I’m sure your levels could become very good (perhaps not perfect (;) with a little time.
well chris…you ovbiously have good ideas, I like them, but you definitely have to work on your eyecandy. Work on the eyecandy a bit and you will be an excellent levelbuilder.

I don’t really know you (I do know of you though (; ) but I’ve been hearing such good things aboout CS…I might just have to start playing (:. So you might just see the SprintMan in CS (:
Ninja’s explanation is very good..the tilesets were created for a very specific purpose, and just don’t serve (at least in a way that makes sense, as far as I can see (:) as regular tilesets for this reason. But that doesn’t make it bad, on the contrary, it’s awesome. (:
