Nice job. Only…u forgot to put the music when uploading and thats bad. Players actually need music for boost so u can only jump and shoot but there’s not much excitement in the level. But overall it’s very good, and by the way im not here to judge so ill only have to give u 8.2.
Regards from RC DUKE
(Made quick review, since literally the only point you make is that there is no music. Also, yes, you are here to judge by virtue of writing a review in the first place. ~Violet)
My favourite small level of all times with a most hartwarming tune to boot!

I’ve waited a long time for a review that wasn’t thought of as “total crap”. Well, any way. Nightfall in Noobland is a very nice level, set in the outdoor environs of Carrotus and features such things as several powerups, lots of ammo, a couple carrots, plenty of warps and shortcuts and more. It has a lotto potential. I didn’t really think music fit that well, though it was pretty funny. DL rec. andnice level.
Quirky, but fun level.
EDIT: I’d just like to point out that the wind tunnel can be ripped through quickly with just a single RF kick, which makes moving between the bases possible in about 5 seconds.
A really nice CTF level, although the eyecandy can get a little bit repetitive at the top.
yeah unhits best level , i was a Beta tester for it and really its suprising ly small yet again noobish wtf its the best
I played this lvl a few times and I quite liked it. It’s a bit hard to get used to from the beginning but from the second game I started to like playing here. There are a lot of warps and routes to move around and as R3p said it’s not just based on camping 1 carrot, there are 2 +1 carrots in different ends of the lvl, and it’s easy to get killed in such an open place while trying to get them. No seek pu too that would be too powerful (blaster, rf, bouncy, toast pu) I also like the fact that it’s risky to get the bouncy/toast pu: if there’s a camper above the PU hole, you can’t avoid getting hit, but it’s worth the risk. There are a lot of routes to capture/score and there’s only a wall between the bases so it’s hard to just stand there and be RTS. The wind tunnel under the bases is also an original thing I haven’t seen in another level, and you can use a sidekick+RF trick to move there fast. The eyecandy is normal, just good old Carrotus :). Definitely worth downloading and playing, and I hope to see more levels from Unhit in the future.
I didn’t play this level for long, but I thought it was really impressive. I am inspired.
You can use another carrotus tileset!
this is better than the original.

Time to review a good/very good level. Let’s start.
Gameplay: This level has good gameplay. The CTF bases were good placed in a small level. The springs were good, enz. Nothing bad about this.
Eyecandy: Eyecandy is very good. There are lots of dark places and all layers were used. That’s very good.
Pickup placement: Ammo placement was very nice. Not many ammo for a small level, great. The full energy was good placed on a small platform in the middle of the level. At each side of the level was a power-up, and the selection of RF and bouncers were good chosen.
Others:
Download: yes
Host this: yes you can host this sometimes and it’s good for duels.
Rating: 8.2
Edit: It’s not old.[This review has been edited by da man]

1-origannelly
2-good ammo placed
3-good COINS placed
4-good carots placed
Overall good.
why do not somebody review this??!?
a 8.2 from me
My 200th review!
It’s fun to play, good use of brigdes and eyecandy. Good ways and it don’t get boring. Good placement of ammo, realy worth of download.
Reccomend for 2-5 players.
Here are two fairly good single player levels from Unhit.
The first one that I will review uses the Carrotus tileset. This level is chock full of stuff and reminds me of the Blade-esque overdose of pickkups. It contains several birds, much like one of the actual Jazz 2 single player Carrotus level, but seems a little bit too easy overall. There is not much challenge in it to speak of gameplay-wise because of the excessive amount of pickups. Still, eyecandy is solid and overall it is not a bad level.
The second level is in Medivo. It reminds me a lot of the first level, except it is a tad harder. The eyecandy is questionable in some parts, with rain falling inside the castle (oops) and some weird use of the spikes in the tileset, which do nto always actually hurt.
These levels would be pretty good if Jazz 2 was a platformer. Mostly, it consists of going around, collecting items, killing an enemy every once and a while, and avoiding the perils that come in the form of various spikes and thorn bushes. All in all, it is too easy for most players because of the excessive pickups. Still, it definitely shows some effort, and for that I give it a 7 and a download recommendation for single player affecianados.
+ PROS: Solid levels overall. Good design.
- CONS: Too many items, and a few miscellaneous minor mistakes. Way too easy.
VERDICT: Overall I give this a 7 and a download recommendation for single player lovers. It might be worth a look for other people, but it would probably not interest anyone who has been playing Jazz 2 for more than a month. This is about akin to the first few Jazz 2 levels on “easy” minus the bosses in difficulty. If that sounds far too easy to you, and it probably does, then this is not a must-download.
Unhit is a fine level maker. I’m a bit suspicious, but not much.
Wow. This is a simply amazing level in many cases, but in some it’s very annoying. The level has very nice eyecandy, weapon placement, etc. The only annoying part is it can be non-fluid at some points. Still a download recommendation though, for sure.
Knightmare castle is a great CTF level for 2 to 4 players, but it shouldn’t be played by more players.
There’s a lot of tactics, you can ect. shoot seekers up on the springs for make them go even more far.
Its easy to get to your opponents base, and its easy to get to your base for score when you roasted your opponent.
The eyecandy is very nice and decent, I’m sure on Unhit designed down to evry detail, even under the bridges there’s eyecandy.
Thought I don’t like a few things about the eyecandy, but its acceptable.
The bad thing is Unhit didnt include the music in the zip, so if you dont have it, its musicless yes.
Thought Unhit did send me it lucky.
I personal like the level, you get easy used to it, and its a mirrow level so you dont need care about what team color you get.
This could be fun to play for duels, if you dont feel like playing too much time on.
Download recommed.
