Very nice Taz… The eyecandy is very good. Background is nice in 16-bit (only the background sucks at 8-bit). Maybe you can use 6 and 7 layers for a better eyecandy.
The design is bad. A lot of dead ends (FINALLY I CAN SAY THIS BACK :D). The level is (a bit) Jazz-unfriendly (YEP, I CAN SAY THIS BACK TOO). There are some stupid springs, what do they there?
Good choise to use the Wasteland tileset. You use BETA-testers for the first time. That’s not a problem, but the problem is: you haven’t a readme file.
BTW. Good work!

woah! nice level tazzz with nice tileset of blade. download this now, nice eyecandy and gameplay and weapon. download this now!
Hi!!
So I’ve been one of the betatesters :).. real nice lvl, good amount of weapons, no useless dead ends, just fine. The only bad thing I can think about is the tileset, which is basically.. well, just blocks and triangles… but ok, that has nothing to do with you Taz, so: good job!!
First download and first review.
The eyecandy is good, the ammo placement could have been done better, else it looks fine.
A 7.5 from me, download recommed.
cool winamp skins taz that rabbit is the best and the medivoo too but jazz_amp is not bad but not good too yeah cool all download this now as you have winamp
(cool rating removal charziard that rabbit is the best but carrots too good this download is bad review too yeah cool rating removal bye thanks. -Trafton)[This review has been edited by Trafton AT]
“Rabbit” is excellent, I’m using it (for a while, at least…).
The color choice appeals to me (deep purplish with splashes of Jazzy colours).
The Medivo one is also well made, but not pleasing to the eye.
The last one is usable, but not worth a look.
For the sake of the rating, I’m going to ignore the last one.
Great! 3 Jazz Winamp skins.
Skin 1, Rabbit:
Nice. The best of the 3. Funky colors, they look a bit like the JJ2 textured backgrounds. Some Carrots, and two hamburgers (?). There are also some weird graphics I don’t associate with Jazz, but whatever. Nice one.
Skin 2, Jazz_Amp:
Not great! Mostly black, with some Jazz pictures in it and red letters. I don’t like it too much, every person that knows paint can easily make stuff like this.
Skin 3, Jazz:
Original idea, stolen graphics ;). The skin is made of the Medivo 1 tileset, with the red stones and the gargoyles. The letters weren’t really readable but a frequent WinAmp user knows where they are so that doesn’t matter. Too bad you used the normal JCS-Blue color where you should have used transperant.
Another plus, all skins have also minibrowser and visualisation suppert. Nice.
I think a 6.5 is enough for this. If the Black-Jazz amp wasn’t in this zip it would have been an 7,5 or 8 anyway.
EDIT: I believe you didn’t make those yourself so I changed my rating to n/a. If you want your 6,5 back PM me :P

My review of the tileset is in the tileset. I will review an example level that apparently was supposed to be included that I was sent via ICQ.
This is a bad level to go with a pretty bad tileset. It features far below average everything, and even a lot of eyecandy glitches. The tileset is used terribly, with more focus on the characters than gameplay or eyecandy. In fact, the characters often get in the way of normal play. The mask is terrible for this tileset. I got stuck no less than 10 times in only about 20 minutes of play, which is unacceptable. There is no way that I could recommend this level, except to even the most extremely dedicated Pokemon fan. And even for them, this level will get boring and annoying faster than you can say “Pikachu.”[This review has been edited by Trafton AT]
A novelty at best. Not worth the download.
Erm, Taz, TSF is 1.24. Installing the 1.23 upgrade on it will not work. YOu must install 1.20/1.21/1.22 into a seperate folder then patch that. :p
Taz’s level is good, but maybe has too much same looking retangles with some trees. Though the weapon placement is good.
The music was quite horrible, I suggest you use “Static Universe” in your future Forest lvls if you don’t have better musics than this one.
And DON’T use TSF when making levels Taz![This review has been edited by Blade]
Cool level Taz!!
Hé people!
Have you see my site by ‘Links’?

oops I don’t have tsf…[This review has been edited by AcId]
Hey, what???
You are downloading one file twice?
Where is the EXAMPLE of the tileset?
Upload the example!
(rating won’t change because this is that tileset file you uploaded before.)
sorry Executor…
I downloaded it accidentally…
But I downloaded, I do a review!
Stencil isn’t a bad file, but because YOU didn’t look at the squares, it is bad!
This tileset has some POKéMON’s, one “floor” tile and one “background” tíle and that means too it isn’t good!
And then the colors… there is something purple at the edge of POKéMON’s! That’s too horrible…
Avoid it at all costs(like Executor said)!!!!!
If I were you, stop uploading anything that has to do with this tileset, and try practicing alot! I’m sure you will create a good tileset soon.
