This level is pretty cool. It has a pretty good design, and nice eycandy. I like the idea of how to get into the bases, nice touch. If you like CTF, you should download this. I spotted few errors.
I like this level! It has a lot going for it, expecially for a first level. It has an awesome design, pretty good weapon/event placement, and also can serve up some very heated battles, as I test battle levels agienst my brother. The only bad point is probably the eye candy, which could have used some work. Keep up the good work!!
I agree with Fquist here.
Too much enemies too many bugs made this A bit less entertaining then I thought when reading the description…
if you are to finish the episode, let me give you a tip:
If you want to use enemies this way, make them regenerate and make it so that you have to pass an area more often (like with trigger crates).
If you do that, then you made the level fun, a little longer and not too overcrowded.
“Ps… for anyone who wants to e populair too, upload the list server patch (downloaded from my site:p) with fastend list server(jazz.logicware before list.jazzjackrabbit.com)”

Nice, not big lvl. The tiles in the lvl seem to be almost all blocked, what is not really wrong but I think it makes it a bit more boring. The music is just about normall, cant say much about it. The background is used well in this lvl, especially for small lvls I like it with walls in the background. Eyecandy isnt great but overall the lvl seems nice to me.
HOLY COW!!!
“Egypt” is another completely breathtaking tileset production from Prague. It comes in two versions (Night and Day) and both of them contain about 1000(one thousand!!!) incredibly beautiful, supposedly self-drawn tiles showing scenes from the oriental life! Reminds me, as a passionate platform freak, of Prince of Persia or Aladdin.
The set includes all kinds of useful tiles like vines, poles, keys, spikes, destruction scenery tiles, animations and so on and so on. It has lots of different structures for both, foreground and background layers…it’s too much to list here, really. Apart from that, the masking is very good, too.
The author also jampacked the ZiP file with two very cool Treasure Hunt levels that give a great impression of whats possible with this tileset. Level design (weapon placement etc.) and eyecandy are just brilliant. Really.
Agama also included two awesome music files in the pack: “Midnight in Arabia” by Mystical/Purple from Denmark (which was a multichannel compo entry at The Party 6 back in 1996) and ZARATHUSTRA by DRAX of MANIACS of NOISE. Very oldskool!!! Just my style! And the theme of both tracks fits perfectly for Agama’s levels and the whole tileset.
Well, i don’t have much to add here…if you ever had any interest in Jazz Jackrabbit 2, the computer game, you simply HAVE TO DOWNLOAD the “Egypt” tileset by Agama. Wow! Just WOW! It looks so darn cool!!!
A pretty good level overall. Good eyecandy, good design. I only found the background(=somewhat non-existant) a little dull.
The design was pretty good. Not breathtaking tough.
The eyecandy is pretty good too.
It’s cool that you have put a readme file in the zip, but next time don’t waste your time on graphics.. and make it a pure ascii file. The word document and it’s layout add nothing but extra kilobytes to the size of the zip file.
The music choice is very bad. Please do not chose hardrock/hardcore or anything to the extreme to a level because not everybody likes such styles. Instead put up styles that aren’t disliked by people who dislike those styles(ie: they don’t work on your nerves)[This review has been edited by Fquist]
Dozens of bugs and very bad eyecandy make my score go down a lot. You really should spend more time on your levels.
Also, there’s a difference between a fun amount of enemies and a ridiculous amount of enemies. Make the player have fun. Spend more time on the placement of the enemies.
This is on lots of other sites :-0
it has a great background and the 2 levels were carefully done great level and tileset Agama
Whoa

a Download Recommedation[This review has been edited by Stilettø]
Great Tileset!
I really like the backrounds.
Download!
For a first level this is very good.
The eyecandy isn’t spectacular, and it has some repetition, but overall I really like the design. It’s very circular. And that is good.
This level could have been made a lot better. The layout is fine, and the level isn’t ugly, but the layout and eyecandy aren’t great either. Some areas could have used sloped tiles (I don’t think there was a single one in this level :( ) and could have used some springs here and there. The tileset was used properly which is good, but the graphics are rather dull and monotonus. Every part looks pretty much the same. It is also fairly easy to move downwards through the level, but not easy to go upwards. I am not sure if that is intended or not, but I think it would be a bit more fun to move around the level easier.
To improve this level, I sugest throwing in some animated torches, use more background and foreground layers, some cracks in the walls, and more springs.
There is camping in the level with the coin warp :P. People can just hide up there getting health.
He Guys
U always say the platform disappears and u don’t like it… That is the idea of the lvl.
It is race lvl. The tiles count till the disappear so u had to run to the next basic platform.
I like the use of the tileset. Hey, it’s original. And theres almost to camping. I like it :)
Thank you for all your reviews.I made this quite some time ago,So yes Aiko my tileset skills have improved quite a bit.heh,And I bearly put any effort into this set…It only took me 2 days to do…or was it just a day…?O well,I have a really awesome tileset coming up that I am working on.I expect it to be finished around next week or so.
