meh, seems like my S32EVNT1.dll file is broken, even if i downloaded it again…
This certainly isn’t my type of level. I really wouldn’t find playing on this fun unless i was messing around in it – in my opinion this level should be inserted into the “other” category.
EYECANDY: 6
The eyecandy is not bad – as the tileset is very professional – however there are these really annoying fast moving things in one of the background layers – this for me would give me a headache whilst playing.
GAMEPLAY: 3
The gameplay is terrible, im not even sure why im giving it a “3”, there is no strategy whatsoever – partly because its so big, partly because the structure is really platformy and linear – its too orderly, way too orderly.
And also If he did it * in i dont say he did * it was deleted a long time ago!
(What’s this, I’m making a review? Check to see if the apocalypse is coming! O.o;)
A super-useful little program (me being an archiver who hates to lose conversation :)), but there is this one problem that sours my opinion of it..
It doesn’t work in XP. It gives a “Please run Jazz and try again.” error message when I click ‘Start Log’ whileAll of which worked fine in Win95.
Another peculiar glitch is that I can’t move it in XP. O_o I could in Win95.
To potential downloaders— if you don’t use WinXP and like logs of conversation, download this. :)
Cool tileset. Great music…I dont have much to say about this….[This review has been edited by wadledee]

i tried it, it didnt crash nor did it delete kernel32.dll…sonic, i think your computer is just messed up..Link wouldnt make a virus ;.
I do not think this program affects Kernel32.dll.
I have all of the appropriate DLL files and whatnot, but when I get the prompt “Enter your network device (0-1)”, no matter what I chose, the program crashes with the standard Windows XP application error. I have tried this while serving on JJ2, while not, and every combination thereof. My operating system is Windows XP Home Edition in safe mode with a cable connection. Any ideas?
Edit: While I appreciate the confirmation that I am alone in this problem, I would nonetheless enjoy a solution more than such a confirmation.[This review has been edited by Trafton AT]
ERASE THIS NOW.
THIS PROG DESTROYS THE KERNEL32.dll
you are the only one with that feeling lrk :P
Why do I have this feeling that we’re all going to find out that it’s CliffyB? ;p
Well, maybe it’ll turn out to be someone else who we don’t expect… some really well liked player.[This review has been edited by labratkid]
I think its great and very handy!
I think the answer to jazz fans question is to put the main downloaded program into the jazz folder and put a shortcut to it on the desktop. see if that works =D
Me i downloading this right now so i rate later.
Maybe I downloaded another tileset as the other reviewers, but the one I reviewed doesn’t deserve a 7.0 or even 8.2. The tileset is made of square grey blocks with pictures on it, and a few tiles of eyecandy. The masking isn’t good as well. There are absolutely NO diagonal tiles/slopes, which makes it almost impossible to make a good level with it, and the background also looks pretty dull, altough it works in textured mode in a weird way. Another major setback is the lack of “needed basic tiles”, such as the poles, vines, hurts, tubes, destruct and destruct blocks.
This tileset may bring back memories and feelings of nostalgia of players of this old windows game, but that shouldn’t be a reason to overrate it. The tileset is boring, and very hard to use when you’re trying to create a level. Not because the tiles don’t fit together, but because there aren’t enough useful tiles, such as the needed poles and vines and slopes. Don’t download this, except when you want to get the “feeling of nostalgia” described by others. For some reason I didn’t get that feeling, but that may be because I never played the original game.
Heh Very nice
if been waiting for this a long time
Download Recommedation
I have been waiting an eternity for a program like this. Excellent job! However, I would like an alert when someone says something.
yeah i downloaded it for two times and it still doesnt work
does anyone have a good alternative???
plz mail me at scatman@wct.zzn.com
It doesn’t work. It tells me to run Jazz2, but Jazz 2 IS running. Is it expecting JJ2 to be in a different folder? Or is it stupid XP?
