Hm.
Unfinished example level. No music and no name. You should make a battle/CTF/single player level with this tileset and then send the whole pack here.
Tileset is not very beautiful. Lots of empty tiles. Newspaz has also copied graphics from original Jazz2 tilesets.
I think this is still pretty nice tileset. Good work, Newspaz!
I think that the music must be in the same pack with the levels.
Pretty amazing work! Pack has good levels, for example the Happy Jungle CTF. That level has so cool background, it’s so different. Music is good, but not the best. Like Aiko, I don’t like CTF very much.
This level is again something good from Wille. Awesome layer use. (How can you put so much stuff to the same layer.) Large and good level. Not too hard. Good weapon placing and enemies are there where they should be. But there is one thing I can understand: Why these levels were in "Hide level in Home Cooked Levels list" mode?
Pretty good work, Wille!
To Nimrod: Too short?? Huh??
WoW! This is an awesome level! There is so good layer use, and much new ideas. Event placing is good. Foods, gems & enemies are on right places. There is no bugs at all, no stucking to the walls. I really love this level! But there is one thing I can understand: Why the level was in "Hide level in Home Cooked Levels list" mode?
BTW, Wille, you really should make these "non-TSF-tileset" levels v1.23 compatible. Just install the "old" Jazz2 to your hard disc.
You probably know this, but if you make a level v1.23 compatible, it will be also TSF compatible.
I Like the layer use, it’s pretty. But there is two things to complain.
1. The size.
2. You should add more events. Really.
But this is VERY good first level. You should see my first. (heh)
Just like the others said: Do not edit original jj2 levels!
Here’s two so awesome levels by Shadow.
There’s good weapon placement, and the levels are big, what ís not bad thing. But I think that foods are not important in battle levels. These levels should everybody download NOW.
BTW, mrplonker this is not advertising place.
Nice level pack. Good ideas like collapsing rooftops. But the layer use is not so good that it was in Jungle Trouble. They’re still very good levels! Download and try!
Heh, spy is an incredible level maker. Every eight layers are full of stuff, and he did smart music choices. But I don’t know why did he put foods to these levels. There is no point counting in battle mode…
Nice eye candy.
Nice layer use.
Nice dialog.
Nice weapon placement.
Nice level.
I really like this tileset. There is so much things to use when making a level. Dinosaurs, palms, and other stuff. Only thing that misses is a single player/battle/CTF level. I must do at least one level with this tileset!
Ninja Dodo, you used background layers really nicely. I love the water falls and dinosaurs and other stuff there!
But level is a little bit too large. Weapon placement is strange, somewhere is too much, somewhere there is no weapons at all. I think that water is bad idea in battle level…
Hey! A single player episode! Nowadays single player levels are rare.
This is nice one, but not so beautiful. Author didn’t use background layers very well. In fact, that doesn’t matter much.
Nice levels, but not enough weapons or foods.
Hey, this is great! Cool level design, thanks to the tilesets. Nice work, Noraa.
Only one little thing to complain, the corners.
This level is just too simple.
BTW, why this is maked with TSF?
Nothing to add. Allright, weapons you should put more.
Yes, I know this episode is big, and in seven parts. But I still recommend it.
It has everything. "Best" is the right word to tell what is it.
