How did I not find this earlier? All I wanted was to edit the anims file, I searched everywhere for a tutorial, and only now I stumble upon this gift from the gods. Thank you. I definitely recommend it, super easy to use.
Pretty much must have. Well done.

omg thank you so much this is like a well useful program, il use it in the future for sure.
Good altough the autosave is nervewracking, I’ve ruined my anims.j2a many many times because of it…
You could use this for making Razz! Why haven’t I thought of that before! Even though this is ‘just a sprite editor’ It’s amazing all the same! My only problem with it is you can’t copy an animation to another set, much less put it two frames ahead in the same animation.
help me.how it work i drag titleset to exe and i have info :
I need files.and directory this file and i click enter and it close !
[Do not rate something you don’t understand. ~Stijn (original rating 1.0)]
The program extracts pictures as .PNG files. When I try to edit them with Paint and save them as bitmap files that JCS supports and when I build the tileset, the tile background looks different than normal purple used and the mask gets completely opposite. Help!
I have been impressed now
By the puzzles and blocks above
Rating 10 would be the best
As Neobeo used no used tests.
If i try to start this level, it gives an error.
It says: “Jazz Jackrabbit 2 ran out of internal animation structures. This is most likely caused by too many enemies in the level. Please resolve this problem and restart Jazz Jackrabbit 2.”
How can I fix this? I really want to try out the level, but I can’t this way!
This program needs a full review.
What this is
This is one of the most useful programs I have ever downloaded. This is basically a fool proof way to take a tileset, and extract the tiles and the masking as well as keep all the pallet entries. i have used it countless of times.
Look
Won’t rate because it’s a dos exe.
Ease of use
You drag the tileset onto the exe, let it run, you have your image. couldn’t be simpler!
10/10
Uses
This has many uses:
1: Extract a tileset so you don’t need to load it into Jazz to look at it.
2: Copy a pallet from another tileset. (with the help of pallet suite)
3: Extract a mask
4: Grab some tiles from a tileset
5: Look at the masking more easily
6: Edit a tileset and then re-build it. (With the help of JCS)
There’s more uses but that’s all I can think of. As you can see it has a lot of potential.
10/10
Bugs
They’re almost non existent. The only thing I can think of is that pallet entry 1-2 are swapped, but that hardly makes a difference.
10/10

Score: 10

DR? YES! This has so many uses. It deserves a big fat 10 and I look forward to more of the authors programs.
This is a great level AND tileset, actually! I can`t seem to be able to read the text strings, which is what I presume supposed to happen when I hit the block with the “?” on it. Also, how did you make the foreground triggering? I thought it was impossible??
Also, when I make a level with enough events in it, it chrashes on me with an access violation error. The levels I make are tops 150 wide, 96 deep. But yours is a million in every dimension! How`d you do it without chrashing it?
But, for the level and tileset itself, I give you a good rating, being an eight. (8, for those who don`t know how to speak English very well…)
It`s got nice eyecandy, the puzzle is great! And the tileset overall is pretty neat too!
This is a DR! Yep, it certainly is!
This rocks i am going to combine all the tileset i know(so far)
Download recommendation:

How do you ever did the text strings? i can’t read them or even do something to make them work, me playing TSF, but it says ‘There’s too much enemies’.
How can i ever fix this?
Anyways, i’m stupid, i came not far. :P
