Wonderful! This pack contains Easter tilesets.
Edit Design
————————
has been modified with the original Easter “Easter99”, there are six versions of this version of this Easterius.
and had added tiles that come from carrotus fix, the night version is similar to carrotus_Fix_Midnight. Never mind, why give them a 8.
Example levels
——————————
The example levels are small, type battle,
I will not vote example levels.
DR? Yes, this version of Easterius I liked!
A flying star above us… certainly isn’t a bad level. It uses the tileset nicely and is balanced. Ammunition seems to be placed evenly across the level.
I’m being too kind?
A flying star above us… is also somewhat campy, it’s quite easy to camp the carrot and just jump to the carrot tube if someone approaches from the side.
Another thing is that there are several places where after jumping I frequently slammed myself to the ceiling. [38, 8], [55, 10]. When going up the sucker tube next to the PUs, a Jazzer/Lorier cannot get to the [58, 23] space, because the tube boost is one block short. I also quite often bumped into the block in [55, 23]. After going up the one ways in [37, 25], a Spazzer can use the double jump to get up to [43, 18] while a Jazzer/Lorier needs a pause to get the second jump.
I’m also unsure whether the music fits or not. It feels a bit too happy for this particular level.
But in the end, A flying star above us… is a nice ‘basic’ CTF level that one should check out in his/her free time.
A good level with a fine flow and great eyecandy, considering the tileset limits. Has some nice ideas. I’d definitely give a DL rec.
Everything added is somewhat taken from A_Fix_carrotus. The example levels don’t really show off the new possibilities. (for example with the additional horizontal tree logs). there is also no rearrangement in the tileset, or additional tiles i haven’t seen before.
So all in all these are just mainly pallette swaps, and even those are directly taken from tileset packs like Diamß by pyromanus. this makes easterius look like carrotus, which shouldn’t be like that. Even in pallette swaps where the blue/pink/purple theme still appears i am not sure if the contrast is right or for example, fits with a grey background.
It’s fun to have A_carrotus fix copy with chocolate bunnies.. But with easterius it’s grass turning green like carrotus, pallettes taken from some other sets, additional tiles taken from other sets and questionable color schemes. I don’t think I should give you much credit and appreciation.
No DR since these tilesets are imo not a must have.
ok tileset, but nothing special. nice to be able ot use it with 1.23 however
Man this is great! At specially i like the toxic 1, it’s awesome. You did a great job. I think it deserves a clear 10, since u say i can exaggerate a bit. But seriously it’s a good conversion, and u have put in some extra things. Good job :)

These are good fixes/variations, not outstanding but interesting nonetheless and can be used for spice
Nothing special, but it’s a lot better than some of your previous levels.
Im amazed. Let me tell ya this map is AWESOME man. The eyecandy, weapon placement, lots of things. At specialy the see-weed all around. That there’s a pretty good job. I wish u more maps like this.
Regards from RC Duke.

lol, Duke, you’re overrated my level… It’s seems to be 7.5 or maybe 8.0(really?), but 10.0 seems to be fun even for great levels such as semi or JE…
Pretty well done for a pack much flaws for
it as well. There are some bugs throughout
the pack. Maybe I will type a full review later
It’s not very exciting, and takes too many leaves from EM’s book. There’s an original plot going on but it’s pretty cheesy to be honest. The levels start off as pretty linear but become better over time. Apparently CR knows how to make custom tilesets but they need some work to look good. All in all it’s pretty average.
Yes I played this level and I say something :)
Firstly: Where is the Episode 9(IX) ?
You didn’t write it.
Intro
Not bad. “Classic Intro Music” (funny)and the story.
7.0
Gameplay
Somethings are good, a lot of things bad.
Hidden Flying Dragons? It’s joke?
6.5
Enemy Placement
A lot of enemys good but I didn’t like hidden fly dragons.
6.0
Pickup Placement
I like placement. Carrots placements are good.
8.0
Trap Placement
There are some bad placed trap. Especially I don’t like spike balls at ship level.
5.5
Music
Musics are bad-matched. Hot harmony.
4.0
And…
The Lagoon Traps are really really easy. :)
Finally: 6.0
Recommend? I’m not sure, so I will rate this N/A.
I forgot…
Who is Zoro =D
Bah, ‘‘Could not find the tileset’‘ error appears on some of these levels (ever1, ever5, ever6, ever7, ever10, ever19).
Please fix it.
Improtant Message:
in ever18.j2l i forgot delete some spike balls(plz sorry, dont rate this level) and if you touch white warp, you can get Error which says NO WARP TARGET…
I recommend in ever18 go to start pos in ever14 for immediately finishing this level…
And other note: Download: Credits.j2t somewhere, i forgot put it!
(I understood, i need make fix for this pack, i was so quickly and made much errors…)
