And because of this, I’ve decided to give Future Evolution a great rating of 9,
Isn’t that great? :-)

?!!? Why is there an 8.7 instead?! Well, I’m sry to say I’ve cut down 0.3 points because of too many VERY irritating dead ends in some lvls, if ya fix those minor bugs I’ll raise my rating Shadow.

WOW! Absolutely fabulous! Great eyecandy! I’ll just give this tile a brief review:

There’s loads of metallic 3D blox around, background stuff like mountains and acid rain, blox for destroying, vines, caves stuff, weird looking hooky thingys (or warp thingys), bridges and stuff, good looking texts and all sorts of spacey stuff. And…of course everythings neatly toned. ;-)

I’ll give this an MEGA-BIG rating of 9.5!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Cause I felt like so ;-P)

Excellent! It really works! Great job!! :-D

BUT! I’ve detected a major bug! In CTF, you can capture the flag and score a point whilst having the program on! That makes yoy invulnerable to enemy attacks and if the opponens got yer flag all ya have to do is wait at the base until the opponent is killed. NOT good. -1 for that. You should fix that bug as soon as possible Bean so rooks don’t use it to their advantage.[This review has been edited by White Rabbit]

Oh well, nm. Let’s get on to the review:

Whoa! Two 9?! This lvl is a bit…over rated. (Sry MR MAGOO! :P) It’s quite small but has got very good weapons placement, good gameplay without any dead ends and other irritating stuff you can find other lvls. (Like mine! ;-P) The lvl hs got VERY good music and it fits in perfectly. I think I’ve heard it somewhere…or something like it…oh yeah! A similar music was in the intro of Rabbit Honour Guard! (Wow! I’m smart! :-P) Unfortunately for MR MAGOO, his lvl hasn’t got very good eyecandy, the background isn’t moving (I like moving stuff), there’s just a couple of bridges, spikes and other boring stuff. Come on! It’s a Blade tileset! Surely one can do better than that?! Work a little bit more on the eyecandy and this lvl is gonna be a hit. :) My second complain is that the lvl tend to be a little bit..ehr…“spacy” and there’s so much room everywhere. Maybe you could fill the gaps with ammo or more eyecandy MR MAGOO?

Well, this is my review ppl and this lvl…ehr…this lvl is a…no I mean even though this only get a 7.5 (which is still pretty good) I still recommend downloading this lvl! That’s it! :-D

I dunno about you guys, but this lvl rocks! And it’s a very good one for a first. I’ve played this online and it’s really cool. :-) The gameplay is fluent with …well… OK weapons placement. I like those ! and ? warps cause you never know where yer gonna end up and it’s quite fun really. The lvls size is also ok and there’s a lot of stuff to do. Really good.

I definetively recommend download this.

INTRODUCTION TO CHOCOLATE LAMP
OK…let’s get started:
Cool, at last a battle lvl made by one of Skulg’s tileset. That’ll prolly make her happy. ;) Oh, and this review is prolly gonna make Violet happy too. ;)
Btw Violet, the name doesn’t fit this lvl at all. :-P (well at least I think so!)

EYECANDY
Chocolate Lamp is a VERY good lvl and has many kinds of eyecandy. There are those red spikes, large red bubbles floating around, the background changes colour, there are small lavla lamps here and there, some nice transparent stuff and when you go into one of the sucker tubes, the whole screen lights up as if someone turned the lava lamps heat up to max which is very neat and also comfortable for the eyes. :-)

WEAPON PLACEMENT
The weapons placement is not very good though, one of the reasons why I didn’t give this an 8 instead. The ammo is simply faaar to sparse and it’s very annoying shooting around with the blaster for ages until you find any weapon that’s of use. The amount of powerups is also too little and it can also be very hard to find them. You should work on this Violet….

GAMEPLAY
Now, this is one of the strong points of Chocolate Lamp. The gameplay is superb and it’s very easy to run around and…ehr…and so on. :-P But…this is when I come to the bad stuff: this lvl has too many destructable blox and it’s very annoying!!!!!!!! You should work on this Violet…

BAD STUFF
Ok, on to the DARK side of the lvl. ;-)
Chocolate Lamp has very bad placed sucker tubes. They are SOOOO hard to get into cause the —-> tube is right under the <—- tube which makes it difficult to get into the <—- tube. Get it?? ;-P Also, there are more chocolate bars in the lvl than there is weapons!! What is this, an sugar rush battle lvl? Take them away and replace them with weapons. Also the lvl has got one useless thing: why put little Chuck in the lvl?! He’s useless cause he doesn’t help yer shoot other players in MP. You should work on these things Violet…

I agree with most of what Supersaiyan has said here. The lvl is OK with good weapons placement and great eyecandy. It rocks! Not more than the pyramids of course. ;-)
The bad points in this that the gameplay isn’t good enough so you have to stop and jump and stop and shoot and stop and buttstomp and so on. Try to work more on the lvls gameplay Flash, cause right now this lvl only gets a 7.5 out of a possible 8.5 from me.

But it’s still a good lvl. Keep up the good work Flash and the rest of you: download this.

Cause, simply, although ya lvl’s pretty nice it doesn’t deserve that much?!

Oh well, let’s get started with the review. This is a very nice lvl for a first one and it has excellent eyecandy. I luv the background stuff and the Nile and with some few major changes in the lvl, you could put water there to make it more realistic. Also, there are also stuff like diamonds, pillars, statues and other nicey pyramidy stuff. :-)

The weapon placement is OK but is a little bit too scattered around for a lvl in this size. The powup placement is also OK and it’s not so hard to get them although I wish you had changed the freezer powup to bouncer powup.

The gameplay and lvl design is better than the weapons placement. I discovered no dead ends whatsovever and there’s not too many obstacles but however, the gameplay can be rather…eh…jumpy ;-) cause there are some obstacles that spoils the otherwise good gameplay.
The fastpaced Egyptian style music also fits this lvl well.

I haven’t got anymore to say, this is a good medium sized lvl. Download NOW.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS PPL. It is a TOTAL waste of time and (at least for me) precious disc space. Every single lvl I have reviewed would deserve* an 10 in comparison with this one.

This file isn’t much itself really but thanks for telling us that you can edit .j2s files to make the menues look more funny. :-)

Wow, great lvl! The eyecandy is very good and you’ve used many layers (if not all of them?). The weapons placement is also pretty good and it’s easy to get them without having to do impossible jumps as in some other not so good lvls. Powerups placements are also good and some are guarded by springs or “natural” barriers ;-) which can make it difficult to get them although finding them is e-z-p-z cause of the excellent structure and gameplay of the lvl. No annoying obstacles whatsoever and springs in the right place with some pumpkin platforms makes it very easy to hop around in this lvl. I would give this lvl an 9.5 really but then there are things that stop me from doing it. Actually it’s only one thing: the ammo is so sparse it looks like the beautiful planet of Carrotus is on rationing!! Also, some of the pumpkin platforms are quite small so newbies might find it difficult to navigate in the lvl. Also, (I didn’t cut any off scores for this) the background with the waterfall, don’t you think the waterfall is going a little bit too fast martin?

Oh well, who cares anyway? Download this incredible lvl NOW.

Blah! This lvl is lame! There’s absolutely no eyecandy at all and there’s only fastfires, some TNTs, some powerups and some shields and unneccesary hurtevents in this lvl!

Hmmm, pardon me Xan, was I too hard on you?

No, I really mean it, was I too hard?

mirrows lvl was nice and with some good eye candy and weapons placement. The game play is also pretty fluent with no dead ends and stuff like that. Your lvl Xan, though, wasn’t as good. Pretty bad weapons placement (very few ammo except some power ups) and everything regenrerates far too fast. Also, my God!! 5 carrots, all in one place?!!! Are you out of your mind Xan!! And there’s another carrot on another place too!! Also, some of the powerups are placed so that only Spaz can get 50x out of them or even get them at all which is very unfair. Also, what is this, a test lvl or a battle lvl? You’ve made a small test for ppl to do but then it’s not much fun and can be quite frustating. :-P Also, plz don’t write swear words in the lvl and if you really have to, censor it at least a bit. And at the end of the whole “f*cking test”, you can fall down and not be able to get up again cause you’re stuck at the bottom at the lvl. This is one of the worst lvls I’ve ever seen and the only reason why I am giving this an 4 is because of mirrows lvl, the good tileset and the excellent music.

Wow…never before in the history of rabbit kind has such a fantastic tileset been created…

The tileset is just…just…aww, I hate when these stupid words fail me. ;-)

Well, I’m going to begin with Egypt day first, the tileset is really graphical with tons and tons of eyecandy packed together with lots and lots of platforms, poles, statues, wall paintings, palm trees, houses, toned shadows, fantastic backgrounds and more. Some tiles are great to look and it looks like they’re almost real! The whole tileset gives you an magical feeling and no matter what kind of lvl that uses this tileset, it will always look good even if you deliberately has tried to not make it look good.

The second tileset is named Egypt night and is just as good, the only difference between the two tilesets is that it’s a night tileset and everything is dark, there isn’t really much to say about the night version cause it’s almost the same as the day one except for that the tiles are darker. With the right tiles, you can make night lvls that are quite mysterious or perhaps even scary! :-)

Well, by now I think ya all got my point which is:

Well, back to the review:

WOW! This is the best race lvl I’ve ever seen! It’s got lotsa original obstacles and I like that the lvl changes for every lap you make. :-D
You have to jump, dodge and do lotsa other stuff to get to the exit. You have to be really careful and precise when you race in this lvl cause if you don’t watch out, a spring will send you all the way back to Carrotous. :-P

The eyecandy is also pretty nice with flashing lights and other stuff. But I think the pulse lights could flash a liiitle bit slower??

Well, anyway, Cheese is Green on Tuseday is a must download whether you like race or not. :-P

Cool race lvl.:-D I like it a lot. The lvl is very original and some of the pinball obstacles are AAAAAARGHHH!!!!!!!
But with a little training you should be able to get up there e-z-p-z ;-)
Also, I’ve noticed that Spaz has a special advantage cause he can double jump and skip some pinball stuff which otherwise would be hard to pass. I think that’s a little bit unfair for ppl who use Jazz and if you can’t change the obstacles, at least place a morph or a message huh?

Otherwise this race lvl is GREAT and anyone who likes race should download this.
