The design was pretty good. Not breathtaking tough.
The eyecandy is pretty good too.
It’s cool that you have put a readme file in the zip, but next time don’t waste your time on graphics.. and make it a pure ascii file. The word document and it’s layout add nothing but extra kilobytes to the size of the zip file.
The music choice is very bad. Please do not chose hardrock/hardcore or anything to the extreme to a level because not everybody likes such styles. Instead put up styles that aren’t disliked by people who dislike those styles(ie: they don’t work on your nerves)[This review has been edited by Fquist]
Dozens of bugs and very bad eyecandy make my score go down a lot. You really should spend more time on your levels.
Also, there’s a difference between a fun amount of enemies and a ridiculous amount of enemies. Make the player have fun. Spend more time on the placement of the enemies.
For a first level this is very good.
The eyecandy isn’t spectacular, and it has some repetition, but overall I really like the design. It’s very circular. And that is good.
The master of tilesets has once again made an awesome tileset.
You can really see the effort that went into this. The tileset is incredibly detailed, and has many uses and different locations.
The thing that does it for me is the background. It’s very neat.
Also, I think the walls with the light effects are a good idea.
Please do not rate these files, as they weren’t made by jj tublear.
The design is very okay. The eyecandy looks good but has a lot of small bugs. The author should have tested this level more.
No personal attacks please.
Imho, I find these levels have too little scenery. They have too much “space”, which makes it possible to just jump over enemies in some levels. The jcs knowledge is okay, but I am not fond of the design.
Everyone should stop posting personal attacks. If they don’t, I will ban some of you.
Don’t upload someone else’s levels under your name, but rather create an account with his name.
Aiko, don’t post personal attacks.
I won’t delete this either, it’s fine this way.
You write that the j2lc levels are jerky but you rate fright night ctf by martin(j2lc, you know?) with 9.7?
Something’s messed up here..
Bartman has used the technique I believe.
One of the best tilesets ever. The 1.1 version is even better.[This review has been edited by FQuist]

Did someone say j2o? Cool!
He said he rated it with 7, so I changed his rating.
The levels are pretty entertaining, but the author should have tested them more, as I and my “contestant” got stuck a lot when racing.
I am sorry, but author forgot to include the custom tileset with the level, so no review from me. Next time include the tileset so people can actually play the level.
Instead of adding comments, edit the level info.
The review:
Eyecandy: 8.0
The eyecandy in this level is pretty good and has only a few errors.
Design: 6.0
The design is playable, but has quite some – what I would call – bugs with the fluency(is that the right word?). With that I mean, the level is not really good for fast battles. The author has used spots where the player should stop moving, in order to be able to get somewhere. A few springs or lower platforms could have solved this.
Overall: 7.0
The author has done his best to make a good level, but has overlooked a few things which make this level not too recommendable for battle.[This review has been edited by Fquist]
I agree with Bobby. The idea is so original. Once I had finished the level I immediatly rushed to jcs to check it out. :)
Only bad point is the start of the level.. the masks are quite bad. But that doesn’t get me to give you a much lower score.
This gets a download recommendation from me.[This review has been edited by Fquist]
Fixed. Thanks for the tip
