It’s perfect, the only reason I don’t give a 10 is because some people would think it’s too high.
ENEMY PLACEMENT: Fine, no problems, quite a few, but I did play on “hard”
AMMO PLACEMENT: Good, good.
GOODIES: None. :-(
EYE CANDY: Nothing wrong with it.
GAMEPLAY: Fine, to the point of being wonderful.
ORIGINALITY: Very good!
STORY/PLOTLINE: Very good as well.
One of the best Jazz 2 levels I’ve played in a long time. Download it or else.
Let’s see, the first level is pretty good. Unfortunately it’s not your work.
LEVEL 2:
Should come with an elipsy warning. Ouch.
Pros: Could be kind of interesting, I can’t really tell
Cons: Enemy placement is bad, eye candy gives you a headache, boss is too easy.
LEVEL 3:
Looks better, has, er… interesting gameplay.
Pros: Not too bad
Cons: Not the greatest
LEVEL 4:
Way too easy…
Pros: Interesting, in and odd way
Cons: Odd looking, easy.
It wasn’t a warez request. “Where do you get that version?” is an innocent question asking which retailer one would buy it from.
Ahh! Ugly pinkness!
All the sprites are done in odd shades of pink that makes it incredibly hard to play. Once you get over that, it looks ok, but not the best.
I would give it a 6.7, but the ugly pinkness!
What? I think this is pretty good, and I didn’t see any bugs. Interesting, but few enemies. I understand that it is the city of Tuf Turtles. I made a level similar to that once. Anyway, it warrents a 6 from me.
Pros: Good looking, not too hard, not too easy
Cons: Hard at some points, at some points lacks originality.
EDIT: Oh yes, and I wanted to say that I love creating Single Player levels too! And please make more levels, especially if they are like this![This review has been edited by mikeejimbo]
Completely blank tileset. I give it a 0.
No no! Just kidding! There was an error. I am unable to download things for some reason.
EDIT: I’m sure it’s just me. I can’t seem to download anything. Maybe I should try my other computer.[This review has been edited by mikeejimbo]
EDIT AGAIN: Oh, I just realized this is for TSF, which I don’t have.[This review has been edited by mikeejimbo][This review has been edited by mikeejimbo]
I would give this a 10 because I’m in it.
Did you know that there is a list on jcsref though?
Ahh… I know how that feels. “That’s overused!” Well, how was I supposed to know that?[This review has been edited by mikeejimbo]
Fascinating. It has a lot of good information, or at least interesting. Since I could tell by the infliction of your typing, you didn’t want it rated, I’ll just say that I reccomend (SP?)downloding this.
Ahh… I knew I would lose if I tried vision over profit… You can’t have toasters or elecroblasters as they would destroy the turtle shell. The object of the scorekeepers box is so they don’t get in the way.
A failed expirement then. I wish I could delete it. Delete it, delete it now!
See labratkid, that’s why I put in the ice. Freeze the other player and score, or just shoot better. And you were wondering what it was for. And by the way, how was I supposed to know that it was over used?!? There aren’t any other soccer, hockey, or ping-pong levels on the site, save the one just uploaded!

There really aren’t too many decorations. The ones that are there seem hard to use It’s very small. On the plus side, it seems easy to use, and has poles, destructable scenery and vines. It also has spikes. After looking at the example level, I could see what could be done. The back layer seems buggy.
My inspirational thought for the day:
Don’t worry about it Bjani, my tilesets are about this quality too. The drawings are ok, just make more tiles next time.
To Violet: It’s a sun and a cloud, not just a “yellow thing” and a “white thing” (You could have at least said “fluffy white thing”)
I make all my tilesets with paint… Oh, point proven…
Hey, what else should you make it with?[This review has been edited by mikeejimbo]
Not all of a sudden my friend, I was just holding back. ;) You know, I’ve been pouring my time into these levels. Some others I have are pretty good. Also, I put the ice cream in because at the lake we have in my city, there’s a little stand that sells food, and ice cream is one of the bigs things they sell.
By the way, there is ammo, but it’s hidden…[This review has been edited by mikeejimbo]
I believe I agree with you.
Now, this is still open to be edited further. Perhaps the fall penalty doesn’t have to be so steep.
This level pack is amazing. It has a great story, and interesting puzzles, and good-looking levels.
Oops… I didn’t realize that. Umm… I’ll tell you as soon as it is uploaded. Wow, I am actually impressed with the rating, believe it or not, it’s the highest I’ve gotten so far. Proves I must be good if I can take a generally low-rated idea and get it rated 5 times that. I do realize it’s small, but maybe 5 people could play.
Ok, it’s updated. I also improved the eye candy a bit.[This review has been edited by mikeejimbo]
Koth is because it stands for (K)ing °f (t)he (H)ill.
I didn’t notice the chain, I thought it ended at either end of the level.
The coins regenerate quickly so that you try to knock people off as fast as possible. And I don’t see anything wrong with the placement.
I also don’t see the problems with the castle tiles. They all seem to fit together pretty well to me. Except possibly the windows.
Let me recheck these things. What can I do about ammo placement? [This review has been edited by mikeejimbo]
And of course it’s easy to complete. It’s the other players that are to provide the competition.[This review has been edited by mikeejimbo]
The storyline was great, even if stolen. ;-) The gameplay was great. The animations were great. The cutscenes were ingeneous! I especially loved that level where you run from the T-Rex.
Not a rating, but good job on actually creating a new game mode!
Pretty good.
TILESET USE/EYE CANDY: Good. All the tiles fit together, I thought there was enough eye candy. There could have been more though, and it would have been just as good. Still, an 8 isn’t bad.
8/10
GAMEPLAY: The flow of the level was ok, but I think that the entrances to the sewers should have been farther on the left and right. I like battle levels to be circular.
8/10
ITEM/WEAPON PLACEMENT: I don’t understand the food, and wherever you have weapons, I think you have too many in one place. Also, I think you have too many rapid fires. On the plus side, the respawn times are good.
7/10
ORIGINALITY: Really, it’s just a battle level, but the sewers are neat, so you get a 7.
7/10
REPLAY VALUE: This seems fine. I think replay would be more if it were larger, or more secrets, so an 8.
8/10
OVERALL (An average): I like math, so my overalls are average. (My overalls are average? I don’t wear overalls.)
7.6, rounded up to 7.7.
PS (Trafton, I hope I did better on this review)
At least I’m improving.
But I have to admit, I don’t see these problems like you do. I think it has a layout you could have fun with, as long as you had friends playing with you. It may be a little small, but so was Violet’s Scrapap example battle level.
Yeah, but my point was that is was an OK battle level all the same. Thanks for the encouragement! It’s more then I got from most people. Looking over it again, I saw some blending problems.
I do think that most of my castle tiles fit together now, and I changed layer 8 to look better, and I got rid of layer 5 because it didn’t look good. I changed some layout, and I hope you will re-review.

Interesting level. I’ll try to rate as per the usual, ‘professional’ rating outline.
TILESET USE/EYE CANDY: Very good, everything fits together, and it looks nice. One problem (minor detail), is that at the very top there are houses in the background that are ‘floating.’ But, I can overlook that. One thing though, it doesn’t really look Roman. The street lamps and clothes poles kind of distract from that idea. However, I have not let this lower my rating.
9/10
ITEM/WEAPONS PLACEMENT: Also good, but I never understood the point of food in a multiplayer level. I feel a sugar rush would be an unfair advantage. But, to each his own I always say. (Someone else does too, but I can’t quite remember.) The carrots and weapons are well-placed, and the power-ups are not too easy to get to.
9/10
GAMEPLAY/REPLAY VALUE: Since it is a battle map, (and a well made one at that) there is plenty of replay value. The travelling is smooth and circular, like the way I like battle maps.
9/10
ORIGINALITY: It’s a battle level, there have been plenty of those. The idea of being in Roman times is kind of new I guess, but like I said, it doesn’t seem very Roman. I’m not sure if there are a lot of battles in sewers, but it seems like a good idea.
8/10
OVERALL: A good level I think. But who am I to say?
8.7
