Ok, I saw that someone gave the first review with a 6, well, I’m going to find out if this is really a 6.
Gameplay: Bad. The gameplay is really bad. I saw only a few springs and some unnecessary events.
Rating: 1.5
Eyecandy: Very bad. I saw almost nothing, there was a background but it was not complete. That makes it very bad and there were no other things here.Rating: 1.
Pickup placement: Bad. The ammo was way too many and the powerups were ok placed but there were 2 RF power-ups I dont understand that. There were some carrots and full NRG, but it was too many.

I’m sorry but this level is way too bad for a 6. There were many bugs but for its size it gets a 2 instead of a 1.5

Ok, I review this 2 levels
Just got Carrot Away
Gameplay:Good. I saw the gameplay was good. But there were some places where I liked to have springs.

Eye Candy: Good/Very good. The eyecandy I saw was good/very good because there was lots of stuff in the layers but its a small level, so that makes it not very good.

Pickup placement:Good With one carrot energy+1 and not many ammo, it could have been much better. There were no power-ups, but a small level doesn’t need one powerup I think.

Gemneric CTF:
Gameplay: Good. It was good, because again, there were some places where could be springs. rating:6.7
Eye candy: Very good. The eyecandy was very good. The background layers 5 and 6 had good stuff and 3 also had lots of stuff.

Pickup placement: Good/Very good. Ammo placement was better, I saw 2 full nrg, and they were good placed. I saw two power-ups, and they were also good placed

Ok, time to review this level.
Gameplay: Very bad. The gameplay is too bad. I think that you already know how to make something better, because this is one of the worst CTF levels. And the springs are bad placed and hurt?! What is that doing in a CTF level?
Eyecandy: Very bad. Too bad because there’s almost nothing, only a background. There were also some animations, but they were ugly too
Pickup placement: It was bad. There were shields and that’s not good. There was almost no ammo, and some full energy carrots randomly placed. This is not a good example of a CTF level.
Others: There were lots of tile bugs
Host this: NO!!
Download: no
I give this a 1.2 because there was a background and some animations, but the rest is bad. Edit: A 1.2 seems to harsh, so I will raise the rating to a 2.[This review has been edited by da man]

For: Blade's Battle Pack Volume 2

Ok, I already reviewed volume 1, but that had only 10 levels, so that was a small review.
Wasteland battles: They were so good with lots of eyecandy in layer 4 and good ammo placement, everything good.
Glacier battles: Also awesome and big. Eyecandy in this levels were awesome too. This is a good example how you can make awesome eyecandy without using many layers.
Rocks battles: Also awesome. All levels were that so I can’t say more about it.
Well you know that all levels were awesome and it’s a big pack, but not enough to get a 10 from me. But still, it’s the best battle pack.
I give it a 9.7

Ok, Dx asked to review this, well here it comes.
Gameplay: Good. The gameplay was good, because there were original things. Coins, triggers and the background was original too. That isn’t used before I think.

Eyecandy: Good/Very good. The eyecandy was good/very good. There were lots of things to see here but I have seen more

Ok, I review now a new level.
Gameplay: The gameplay was good. I saw that its small but for a small level the gameplay is good.
Eyecandy: Eyecandy is very good. Some good dark tiles and other colors. thats great
Pickup placement: There was some good pickup placement, but also, there could be more I think. I saw one full NRG carrot, that is good in a battle level, but a few carrot energy+1 is good too. So, no comments about that. I saw two power-ups, and they were good chosen(Seeker and Bouncer). I put that two power-ups often in my levels, only the last one had blaster and seeker.
Others: I saw no MP starts, only a jazz start near the powerups. And the tileset is hard to use(for me)
It’s a great level.

Finally, I found a level to rate.
Gameplay: The gameplay is okay, but there are some ends where you need to go back and not with one way.
Eyecandy: Very good eyecandy here. Like another level, Carrottus to the max, the eyecandy is overused and it was the same but that level has more and is bigger.
Pickup placement: Like the name says, only blasters here, and lots of fast fires. But ok, for an only blaster level its okay.
Others: I dont know if I may rate, because this level looks like another level. If its not allowed, this rating will be removed. For now, I give a 7

Ok, this was soo strange. I’m glad that no one has to rate this, because it will be a low rating. Actually, this is something new. But the bosses? I saw them not on my screen when I played them because I didn’t play them, but I looked at Dx his site and saw the two pics of them. These were very strange like he said. Well, my review ends.

Gameplay: The gameplay is very bad. The level is not a real race because with that traps it can take a long time.
Eyecandy: There was something, but it was very strange and the tiles were randomly placed
Pickup placement: there was none here. Only a gold coin. So I can’t say much about it only that it sux.

Gameplay: Still very bad. No good thing about it so nothing else to say.
Eyecandy: I liked it (not). That very strange tiles on the backgrounds. At least there was a background here so that means this is better.
Pickup placement: Still no pickups only some gold coins.

Ok, Time for a review!
Gameplay: The gameplay was good in this level. I found some places where could be springs but ok.
Eyecandy: eyecandy was also good. Lots of objects in layer 4 and in 3 and 5 were some objects too.
Pickup placement: There was good ammo placement here. But there was TNT that’s not needed in a battle you could replace it for another weapon. There were maybe too many carrots. A Full NRG and a +1. 2 +1 carrots or 1 should be good.

It’s a good battle level.

Ok, the first one who rates this: let’s start a long review.
*censored*Thunt:
Gameplay: The gameplay was not very good here. There were a few springs but i liked some more, though
Eyecandy: The eyecandy was not very good, there were good secrets but eyecandy could be much better
Pickup placement: The ammo in this level was not that good, really. There were more events that doesn’t need to be in a treasure hunt. There were food events and some strange figures of events. The gems were good placed, actually
Others: lots of tile bugs
With the good secrets this level gets a 4.5.
censored*Race: I don’t know what this is, but it seems to be the same as the *censored treasure hunt.
gauntlet run: I don’t want to say much about this, but this had way too many tile bugs and it sucked because there were also way too many enemies.
Rating:1.5
vine battle: I don’t want a long comment about this, because it was way too small and it’s one of the worst levels I ever seen.

Ripping Tracks: Another bad one. I can’t say much about it, but it’s just like the 2 levels i gave a rating on. And I give this one a 2
Hub Central: the last one, and also bad. Sorry, but all of this levels have tile bugs and no good event placement.
Rating for this level: 4.
4.5+4.5+1.5+1+2+4:6=2.9.
But I give it a 3.

Time to review a good/very good level. Let’s start.
Gameplay: This level has good gameplay. The CTF bases were good placed in a small level. The springs were good, enz. Nothing bad about this.
Eyecandy: Eyecandy is very good. There are lots of dark places and all layers were used. That’s very good.
Pickup placement: Ammo placement was very nice. Not many ammo for a small level, great. The full energy was good placed on a small platform in the middle of the level. At each side of the level was a power-up, and the selection of RF and bouncers were good chosen.
Others:
Download: yes
Host this: yes you can host this sometimes and it’s good for duels.

Ok, time to review again! This time a short one.
Gameplay: The gameplay here was boring. It had no springs and many vines. There were also very small platforms.
Eyecandy: A small level like this can’t have good eyecandy. At least, there were some caves. That’s the best a small level like this can have.
Pickup placement: There was some ammo here, and one power-up, the blaster power-up. A small level like this can have one power-up and it doesn’t matter which it is. There were 2 carrots with at each side one. I think one is enough in the middle but this is too many for a level like this.
Host this: No!
Download: Only if you are dumb.

Ok, Time for a review!
Gameplay: This level has great gameplay. The platforms had a good size so that you can`t fall off quickly. The springs placement was good, too. The warp to the blaster power-up was the only con here because it was more close to the Blue Base.
Eyecandy: There was very good eyecandy here. I liked it very much. Some good pipes, dark tiles enz. Just very good.
Pickup placement: This level had not many ammo and one power-up, that`s the only con here but ok. Not all levels have a power-up. the other ammo placement was good. Maybe too less but ok. There were a few Fastfires, they were good placed and 2 carrots. The 1st carrot was more close to the blue base, which was also a con in the gameplay. The other carrot was good placed in the middle.
Host this: Yes I think you can host this.
Download: sure.

Review time again! Let`s start:
Gameplay: This level has no gameplay. It`s way too small and there`s only one platform.
Eyecandy: There are a few objects and some animations, that makes at least a few eyecandy. But it’s still boring.
Ammo placement: There were a few power-ups at the beginning and a few crates at the end with another power-up and a fast fire. There was also a 1-up that’s unnecessary in this level because it’s no SP. A carrot at the middle was better, but then it will be very dumb too because it’s just wayy too small.
Others: There were lots of tile bugs. No good platform. And there was no background!
My rating is a 1 because there’s nothing good about this level only a few animations but that’s the only thing. It was boring, too.

Hmmm, a average level. Let’s start:
Gameplay: there was some good gameplay in this level. There were also some bad things.
-There are lots of V and H-poles
-There was a spaz biasing place here.
Eyecandy: There was good eyecandy here. Good use of caves and plants.
Pickup placement: Good food and ammo placed, some unnecessary gems and coins that are unnecessary too.
Others: many bugs and you don’t see the boss
Now my rating: Well, 6.5.

I don`t review DX`s levels much, but this one is a CTF which I need to review. Let`s start:
Gameplay: the gameplay was average, there were some springs here but there could be more because there were some necessary places to put them.
Eyecandy: The eyecandy was just good. I enjoyed it.
Pickup placement: There was a big bug here, you putted a power-up next to a base and on the other side no one! There was good ammo placement. A few chests, and good groups of ammo in the level. There were two carrots here, one in a crate and one single. No Full NRG but two carrots is good too. But one was closer to the red base. There were many power-ups here, maybe too many.
Others: The level`s size was not good for a CTF level. The width and height must be almost the same and around the 125. That`s a good size for a level.
