I think this was a joke.

Regardless of it’s intentions, it’s a ctf lvl and I shall review it as such. The layout of this level feels really random, and the weapon placement is only so so. The carrot box is placed very badly, and the one power up is also very badly placed. Sorry lrk, but you get what it deserves.

Pros:
Not a bad level.

Cons:
Overall, not a good level.

Overall: 5, just 5.

This is a okay tileset, but not a great one, and certainly not a 10. The ground here was fairly bland in my opinion, but the overall cartoonyness of this tileset made it really interesting. There are some fake jazz’s and stuff, but they all seem to enjoy floating a few inches above the ground. The text and exit signs are taken from screenshots. Shame on you. Their is a red switch that can only be set to on, sadly, and some random vcr stuff. And finally, WHAT are you thinking adding only vertical sucker tubes. We need horizantal. Otherwise, some of the are actually kinda bland. I also need more (useful) animating stuff.

Pros:
Well, it’s not a bad tileset.

Cons:
Lacks some stuff like horizantal tubes.
Strange, stripy ground.
Ripped text and exit signs
Ripped characters float.

Overall: 7.0

Btw: HAHA the music form the original medivo. Iteresting choice. Next time make a nice on-off switch, not just a on-on switch. That would be so useful for triggers.

Well, I’ve definantly seen worse. But I’ve also seen better. This level is just about average. The Layout is kinda annoying, because I always seem to overshot where I am going. The Bouncer powerup was placed very oddly, and it is camper friendly. I would prefer it if you could only get carrots from the top, becuase then they would be evil. All carrots should be placed in generally bad locationd to be in. There is ammo here. ALOT of ammo. Also, the 2 start locations are right next to eachother, making this not very good for dueling. At least place them on opposite sides of the level. Finally eyecandy was only so so. I would have loved this level with chains in the foreground, but thats only my opinion.

Pros:
Camper friendly.

Cons:
Camper friendly.
Mediocre layout.
Bland Eye candy.

Overall: 6.5

Btw: Music choice kinda annoyed me, but I rarly take music into account with lvls.

Looking at this in jcs made me squirm. It looked so complitcated and hard to use with all of it’s fancy grounds. Upon closer inspection I realized that it wouldn’t be that hard at all. The lamps were exceptionally well done, and the ground was textured quite nicly. However, I was really wanting a plain of chocolate with chocloate trees. Sadly, this tileset like all tilesets has it’s downsides. Any, I’ll shut up now and give you the review.

Pros:
Very well drawn ground and lamps.
All of the essentails, like poles and sucker tubes. Yay!

Cons:
Some tiles were bland…just bland.
The spikes didn’t look like spikes.

Overall: 7.7

Btw: Nice job on the caption…Whee argh!

I’m really sorry, but when you are playing in race mode, you are invincible, so all the bees could do would just stop you for 1.5 seconds. Even so, they would only target player.

Uhhh, I don’t think its right to rate a demo but if I were to rate it I would give it a 9.0

The first level completly stunned me, it was a brand new concept and I was expecting much more of this pack just after that first pit. Sadly, the levels to come didn’t shock me that much. The second level was a standard train level, I have plenty of these. The 3rd level on the otherhand, that really shocked me. A floating rock, heh I felt like I was in a mario game. The 4th level was kind of blah nothing new here, same with the 5th level, but still, it was a great level pack.

Pros-
DIFFICULT.
Some original stuff.
All around great level design.

Cons-
It didn’t meet up to the bar that the first level set.
Lack of vertical play in some levels.

Why would you purposfully upload an unfinished level onto j2o? I’m not going to review this until the level is updated and completed, but if I were to rate it I would probably give it a 5.5

Pros-
The tests can sometimes be aggrivating.

Cons-
I didn’t care for the music.
Unfinished.

And remember, agrivating=good in test levels.

Well, it’s a great program. Better than xjj2 because you can host things easier and you join with custom colors so I think it’s worth at least an 8. Oh yeah, it was a great idea to do the 5 second anti-spam thing. The addon ability is ok I guess as you can load any of those cool programs you want without minimizing jazzforce. All in all, a good program and why wouldn’t it be if it was made by the J2HG.

ok i guess i have to explain it… In the trigger zones switch on off to 1 and that will make the block dissapear. Set it around the block so it will dissapear as you come close. On the other side place the same trigger zone but set on off to 0. That will make it close. Have fun, and dont use the switch funtcion.

Ahhhh, the good old domination from UT. You have to control points for a long time. Sounds like fun yes?It would be great, but the server control is too high to imagine. You must allllllways watch, and that gets boring. I would sugest a hole in which you slowly fall thorugh and hit Trigger Zones until you make it through. Could work I guess.

Hmmmm, what to say. The flow is really terrible. I’m not sure why somebody would design a level with such a confusing layout and some many walls. Argh it’s almost painful. The Weapon placement in unbalanced with many advantages to blue. The coin placement is unbalanced with many advantages to red. The powerups chosen were also bad. The only saving garce that I can find is the Eye candy. Sure the tileset was a horrid choice, but he got the level to look actually good.

Good:
The eyecandy was marginally ok, with a bad tileset.

Bad:
Weapon placement
coin placement
powerups
powerup placement.

Ugly:
Design flaws
Awful Flow

Conclusion: 6.7
A bit jagged with many design flaws.

This level is almost entirely symetrical, but still, i ended up hitting constant hiccups preventing a fluid motion from area to area. Weapon placement is pretty good, but the knowledge house is slightly unbalanced. There is a warp to a seeker powerup on there side, while the house of power has nothing. The carrot is in perfect center so thats balanced.

Good:
Good Weapon placement
Level looks nice

Bad:
Semi unbalanced sides
Minor hiccups in moving

Ugly:
None

Conclusion: A good level. Just needs a bit more refinement. 7.5

FYI: A rabite is a small creature in the secret of mana seris created by square soft. It is a basic enemy with low attack and about 20 hp. Its a small puff ball, with ears some eyes, and a mouth. No arms or legs, and yet it still hops.
