i think its very good assault level. nothing else to say…….

Man. this is an irritating level.
Eyecandy very poor.
Genorators are too fast.
This level is very difficult with all the trigger crates, two words: BIG MAZE.
If you like maze levels download it.
If you hate maze levels, then it is better not to download…

warps are bad in CTF. but the level itself is good, but small.but the background is little empty. but the music is pleasant, reminds me ALIEN. but the level is worth 6(is that to many “but”?:P )[This review has been edited by GAMER]

I think this was a bit overated for me….

Lets starrt with the caslte levels. The eyecandy could of been WAY better and the level sometimes looks dull and ugly. The placement, i have no major complaints but could of been a lot better. The gameplay is leveling of beetween average and good.

The mez levels, some like the tunnel one were used good, the only one with good eyecandy was the tunnel one, the rest, the eyecandy was below average. The placement, in one level i saw some spaz biased platform with powerups, and the warp tiles looked weird and took back from eyecnady a bit. Gameplay was good though.

The tubelelctirc one: The eyecandy was not much better than the rest, except for the tunnel one, and the gameplay was ok. Nothing more to say here
The beach one: I really think the tile placement/eyecandy was the worst here, tiles placed poorly, i dont know if there even was any eyecandy, except layer 4 and 8.
Unlike others, i treat eyecandy as equal as gameplay, and the gameplay saved this from a 4. If the eyecandy was taken care of more, the level could of got a higher mark from me. I’ll give this a d/l reccomendation to those who dont care about eyecandy much.

I think i either beat this is 23 min or 27 min. Well, sometimes its to irritating and to confusing, and i get frustrated, but it has god ideas, id thought youd use more of a variety in the blocks. Eyecandy is good, nice lighting events, which boosts up the mark by about 2.0 or 1.5 alreadt. Its long, has some ammo, for this type of level, not much is needed. No pu’s, but thats ok, bu\y the look and type of level this is, it doenst need any pu’s. Nice destruct blocks, although one doesnt work i think. Spring placement and sucker tube use is as well good, and i like how Syntax included a map along with the level, so that you’ll know where to go, and wont backtrack often. The music choice is ok, since its calm, because on this type of level that has a timer when u host it in JDC, u wont have time to listen to music. This is a fun and good assault level for everyone and i reccomend you to download this.

I like this. Huge, hard, and not enough eyecandy. Well, with eyecandy this would cause even more lag, but it doesn’t look great. It plays great however. Destroy crates to destroy the base is your goal, and coming with a good readme about Assault this is a very good, if not the best level for this gametype. I’d say… Play it now.

Space level #524,141,123 is a lot better than the last space levels. =P

But this level is definitely worth a download, despite not being very…uh…“original.” Overall, it’s just a bit above average, but it’s still fairly good.

I like it…not the best level for duels, but aesthetically it’s quite nice.

Yeah, really nice lvl. But I can’t give a higher rating as a 6.5 i’m afraid.

Good eyecandy to keep the level playable, but that is not the focal point of the level.

Weapon and carrot placement are great! The navigation makes inventive use of triggers, and the gameplay is innovative (and ported to Jazz quite well, I must say)!

Mmmm…Great job Syntax (whoever you are :-P), this is a very cool assualt lvl.

Assualt3 is a HUGE lvl which will take at least half an hour for anyone to complete. It’s got fairly good eyecandy and gameplay and the story is good too.

Assualt3 has also got nice lighting and sound effects which adds to its originality. It makes brilliant use of the Mez01 tileset too and is probably the best lvl made with that tileset.
