I’m actually wondering why is my review gone from yet another upload… It was right after WR’s if I happen to remember correct, at least it shouldn’t have had anything unusual. Weird. ;/

I must admit this to be one another fantastic episode. I already played both the Invasion, and this one through with an another computer, both as medium-difficulty. ;p

So, the storyline is really well written, which actually is sort of an afterlife of the main jj2 single-player story, but still a good one. The episode also kept me all the time known about what’s happening, and nothing necessary was left out. Hope you know what I do mean. :D

The fact that there are even two endings to choose of, I haven’t ever seen in any other jj2-epis. As the previous episode was mainly focusing on one a single-planet, Deserto, this had a style of Space-adventuring and more freedom to do stuff so I guess I’m preferring this over the previous, it seems. I’ll review that episode also sometime.

The eyecandy is great enough and really gives a realistic feeling for the playing, but still doesn’t confuse. It couldn’t just have been done better, everything seems to fit.

There were plenties of original or underused concepts used for the levels, like the puzzle in the first level, followed shortly by tunnels with rocks coming towards you, shooting cannons and so on. I really agree the few custscenes were a nice add. The difficulty made me die sometimes even now as I couldn’t save every minute, anyway I always wanted to go on with the levels instead of usually just getting too bored to try again with some sp-levels from a save-point. So I was still able to finish it with enough will to try things, but took some time for example to think about; where should I go next?

The amount of ammo and other goodies was suitable enough as well. I really needed some special type of ammo in some cases and especially the Devan-boss, instead of just using blaster or toaster through all levels. Good nothing was overused, and I liked the gem-thingy as well.

I guess I’m giving it a 9 and a half so far. Nothing was really too bad as a reason not giving it a 10, but it seems that this was only an another part of story and might be continuing later. I really wish this to continue. :-)

I didn’t actually find all music fitting the levels too often however…and most music-files were already been used for some other levels. If the continuation of this serie depends of us fans, then I’m here to give this a yet another review and a vote for Evilmike to continue it all. There would have been so much of nice sweet candy to report more about this whole episode in this review, but I just can’t remember it all by now. Hope I didn’t forget anything important I was thinking about while writing this.

Anyway…Great Job, Evilmike!

Yet another splendid battle-level. This was, if I remember it correct, the first level that I saw from Wrath. For first when I looked at the level, it seemed to be just any average battle-level so far, but investigating it further I began liking the level more and more.

For first about the layout itself…The dead ends which I usually dislike if they aren’t really fitting the layout. This time they were really allright and making the level more tactical. Still the rest of the layout was fantastic. It’s hard to actually explain why I like the layout so much, but it probably might be that everything is well balanced. There are enough of close and open rooms. I also liked that there were two warps leading to the northeast of the level.

The eyecandy is good enough and doesn’t have to be too superior because the current one with bg-wall tiles and so on already fits to the layout and that the level ain’t so big. At least it doesn’t confuse.

There are also two +1-carrots which is just a good choice when thinking of the level size and type. They are both placed into very small dead but long dead ends where the opponent may camp for a period of time. It can be possibly breaken with electro-blasters anyway, which is good. As powerups there were Toaster and Bouncer. The most usual one. There was a copter around the middle of the level, making it able to either reach the bouncy-PU, collect some separated bouncers from the top or go to the upper level in northeast where you can go also via the warp in bottom-middle. Rf can be also used to climb up to the 2nd highest level as well but I doubt no one except Bobby(if even he) can make it up the wall in the very northeast, which wouldn’t be even that useful. ;p

However, this level didn’t have a real original concept, but the layout was a great one which brought some feeling of a decent old level, with still not too non-solid layout. Must say I prefer this far more than Battle1 for example. So far it is worth of an 8 even, please download and host sometimes when Wrath isn’t doing that himself.

Hehe, I was already expecting this tileset to come at the next days as I had seen a picture of this already at the finnish gamesite; Suomipelit.com. Actually Snooze discovered that first, but whatever. Unfortunately I don’t have much time, so I’m not going to write so close review but I’ll give it a small essay anyways.

Blade did excellent work again and this is so far the best of his eleven tilesets in my opinion. It seems to have the most eyecandy also. And this is kind of an original tileset also. A few beach-tileset have been done and there’s one in the jj2 itself already, but I haven’t seen a pirate-themed tileset yet.
There is much you can put into the background layers, 6-8, but also much you can put into the sprite layers, 3-5. And if you are very careful about eyecandy, you can even add some stuff you like to the foreground, 1-2. So, overall every layer could use much kind of stuff. Barrels, boxes, treasures, cannons, skulls, rocks, swords and much much more of fun stuff.

Making several edits of one tile for creating animated tiles in jcs later wasn’t either forgotten. Like Chateau, this tileset also has much 3D-looks in it and looks quite nice. Spikes and other stuff usually meant for single-player was also added. ++

Now to the negative things. Well, I was really surprised and there wasn’t even really much of negative in this tileset…But same as with Chateau especially which is quite important in my opinion; No textured background available. You know, any jcs-user should be able to make his/her own choice of what kind of background is he/she going to make for his/her level. The usual, textured one or just the blue color where the sun fits the sky better.
Another thing were the clouds. I don’t know what you could exactly do for them to make them look better, but probably do something for the rough bottoms. I know this tileset uses cartoon-style much, but the clouds make it look a bit too…ok, just try to edit them somehow.
Another nice extra would be a night-version of this as well. Would look extreme.

This tileset really impressed me. Blade had put much effort on that tileset as well, did not just rush it up and make it have bad quality. About 8 months were spent for just one tileset. Imagine. Seems you’re really good and careful at arts, Blade. Good luck with your later tilesets/levels. Nice example level, by the way. This is a must-download.
Hehe, even expect a level from me which will be using this tileset soon.

This is my first ctf-level review except DS’s contest where I had been promised to work as a judge. Well, as my first ctf-review, I try to hurry with it a little as my time is running out.

EYECANDY
As I’m not usually so careful about the eyecandy and I like when there is some solid platforms at the background when the level is made of a tileset where it would look nice, I give the eyecandy 9. Well, the clouds are used correctly and I couldn’t have added at least much more than the hills and the rain because I would have used layer 5 for the eyecandy of the sprite-layer. It seems that the layer 1 or 2 isn’t used.
9/10

LEVEL STRUCTURE / BALANCE
The Blue team can reach red’s base a little faster than vice versa but not too effectively. Some of the platforms look a bit too simple and there is no place where you would have to jump, except a few ones maybe, so it might become boring to run through this level on and on. The level should be balanced in the other hand as there are 2 +1-carrots. Most of the float-ups are annoying. There used to be a bug that CrashMash hadn’t noticed before at the bottom-left, where was a tube what the player through-comes when he/she would have entered the tube leading to the Seeker-PU. The player was able to get rid of the tube…at least the easiest was with Jazz, so the player was able to camp and shoot to the incoming players. I didn’t get the meaning of that in the other hand even, but it doesn’t cost anything now as he fixed it anyways.
6/10

PLACEMENT
There is no exotic shapes of ammo…Only lines and squares. The placement neither seems to have any design and some of the ammo could have been spread more. The Seeker-PU which is the only PU, is placed at the top of the level into a closed area. That kind of a placement has been used a lot of times and I don’t like it so much, so it costs you a point. Also when there is a Seeker-PU…Yes not even Blaster-PU it isn’t very wise to place +1-carrots into the level. I will give the whole placement a 5.
5/10

OVERALL: ~6,7
LEVEL RANK: Average level.
DOWNLOAD RECOMMENDATION: Your choice.

ENDING COMMENTS: I heard this level was made in two days and I would call that kinda rushed level. Because of that the Author must have worked all the day but after all it doesn’t look so bad than it could look. Another average level which could be improved quite much. I neither don’t like the tileset so much although it looks nice when there is some solid tiles at layer 5 and 3 however.

Argh CelL man. ;P
You named your level with a name I had planned to use for one of my coming levels long time ago, as there is a law with what I name my levels, or so.. Well, I know you couldn’t have done that in purpose just to annoy me, and it doesn’t matter too much after all. It was just bad luck for me, and you were faster on releasing your level, as I’m going to release my level in a pack.

Well, unfortunately I have no time to rate this, but must say: “Well done yet again, CelL.”

Greetings! Yay, J2ov2 has come, and oh, there seems that you have uploaded a single-player episode, perhaps I should download, play and review it. Ok, let’s start reviewing then. And I prefer more to rate the levels one by one, when here’s so many of them, like many other guys do.

WISE OWL FOREST:

DESIGN / FUN FACTOR
Well. I didn’t find out the story from the game, but as I read the readme, I found out the design and story. I think it was greatly planned, but it could have been more exciting still, but as you forced on this, I would like to give it a 9. FUN FACTOR is only when there is no design in the episode / level. But well, I shouldn’t of course rate the whole pack’s design, so let’s see. In the forest I meet the wise owl, Hoot Hoot, not a bad idea, I also wondered about some pits I faced when the owl asked me something. I should have saved before I went on to the pits, as I always answered correctly. I would have liked to test if I went to the wrong one. But it’s 9 for now.
9/10

EYECANDY
Wow, there is very much of the eyecandy and it looks great, although it might be a bit confusing in some places. But I must agree that you can really make the eyecandy better than me, at least about this tileset, which I used in my UC-episode.
Although it might be a bit irrelevating to talk about the my episodes now, I wonder why did you give it a 7.2 although you gave 7.5 for “Hunting for devan 1/3”, which should have been much worse than the UC-pack. Whatever, back to the
subject.
Well, as some things in the foreground layers, looked some weird, I can’t give it a full 10 this time.
9/10

ORIGINALITY
You had very nice ideas and you made it very original, but still, the tileset isn’t yours, that doesn’t make it a 10. But I can’t hear the music as you didn’t upload them, or even worse is that you didn’t put one at all.
Well, I must give it an 8 anyways, unfortunately.
8/10

GAMEPLAY
Now, the layout was very well done, although some places had kind of small space to move on, but you had done nice secrets, and btw, I chose hard when I started to play this, but I didn’t find this so hard yet, but thoughout it was meant to be a bit easier as it comes more difficult along the episode.
9/10

STUFF PLACEMENT
Yes, I must agree that you overused some pickups a bit, but that doesn’t matter much because you overused them only a bit, I just found a few from weird places, but also, there were strange enemies along the level. I know that there was meant to be a village where lived fat-chicks and fencers, but I still think they don’t fit the level enough, so this wasn’t the best of this level.
8/10

OVERALL: 43:5=8.6
LEVEL RANK: Good level.
COMMENTS: This was overall Good-Very good level, I don’t have other comments as I already explained most of them.

DEMON FOREST

DESIGN
It could have been better, but not bad at all. I liked the elevator room which I had to go through somewhere in the middle. There wasn’t anything other special design in this level.
8/10

EYECANDY
It’s about the same as in “WISE OWL FOREST”, or then just a little bit worse, but the leaves in the background just look fine, and this time there isn’t so confusing tiles in the front of the screen. The tileset you used contains good-like 3d-tiles, some of them pwn, but they could be always better.
9/10

ORIGINALITY
Now I faced a whole new tileset for me, which isn’t your-made anyways, but the originality is just like same as in the last level. But still I can’t hear the music.
8/10

GAMEPLAY
You could have put off the awful trigger-files in to rounded and nice tiles in the elevator. It looks kind of awful when I suddenly break a crate and it looks like, aargghh. Well, the thing you used as a hurt-event didn’t look really like that, so you could have replaced hurt event with something else, but if there wasn’t a suitable one, then you shouldn’t have put them at all. Some of the trigger-crates were also in annoying places, and this wasn’t very hard neither yet, but I expect still that it will become harder to the end.
8/10

STUFF PLACEMENT
This is a bit better than in last level as you didn’t overuse the things so much. Now the enemy-choice was more suitable and looks like you did this one well enough.
9/10

OVERALL: 42:5=8.4
LEVEL RANK: Good level
COMMENTS: This was just as similar as the last level, just a few negative differences because of that 0.2. Btw, I don’t review the bonus level.

THE BATTLE FIELD

DESIGN
Not bad at all, a warfield, which the player has to go through to get to the castle. The warfield just looked kind of evil.
8/10

EYECANDY
It didn’t improve as much as in the last levels, but thoughout it was the tileset’s fault, or then yours. The background didn’t look very fine, and there wasn’t much more of it except, layer 7, or so.
8/10

ORIGINALITY
Same as in other levels. Now there is a music finally, but it has been used many times before, so I don’t give additional points about it.
8/10

GAMEPLAY
Could have been much more better. I must agree that some of the triggers were placed nicely, but the spikes were just a total mess, and oh, an enemy camp? Hmmm, a good place to get stuff, but as it was a dead end, I didn’t like that idea very much. I also had a little problems with navigating, after I broke some triggers, well perhaps it was just good as it was a little challenge, oh yea! I just didn’t like this level so much, it felt like kind of empty and a bit too simple. I anyways liked the warp-place in the end, so that rises it from 7 to 8.
8/10

STUFF PLACEMENT
This felt like ok also in this one, some of the enemies didn’t fit the level, like helmuts in the enemy-camp, and the pickups would have been placed so well that, omg. Similar…
8/10

OVERALL: 40:5=8
LEVEL RANK: Good level
COMMENTS: Everything 8. Like I said, this was just kind of a medium-good level, which didn’t have anything special like others had a bit.

Drinks some milkshake in this moment

CASTLE OF GALTHILDOR

DESIGN
The idea is to get to the king in the castle, to save him somehow as I saw a text in the level about that. Just fine.
8/10

EYECANDY
It looks good when there is castle-towers in the background, but you could have put something else also. But a bad thing is the annoying wall in layer 1 or is it layer 2. I think it’s not necessary, I can’t understand why is that for. It just distracts me during the level.
8/10

ORIGINALITY
Good. Not your tileset, plus I don’t have the music. But everything else seems to be by you.
8/10

GAMEPLAY
Could be better! It was a bit hard to navigate and after all I didn’t prefer to use TNT much, but actually I can’t say it was a bad idea. There were a few bugs, like when I fell from one of the houses room’s, I got stuck when I was hurt by the spike-ball, where I was being sucked to. I also couldn’t have read one of the texts properly because another row was too long. The hurt-weighs or what could I ever call them were a good idea. And guess what. I didn’t find the episode that difficult at all, it was around piece a cake, although I anyways saved a few times, as I died a few times, but it wasn’t like a total challenge. Well, I’m gonna look for the next part of this. Hope it’s gonna be a bit more difficult then.
7/10

STUFF PLACEMENT
Kind of ok. There were fencers again but this time they fit the level more as it was a city-based level or so. Good that the pickups weren’t so overused this time. I would call this quite good.
8/10

OVERALL: 39:5=7.8
LEVEL RANK: Medium level
COMMENTS: This was the worst level of this episode. It looks like you forced on the levels in the beginning more. Just vice versa than I did in my UC-pack, where I forced more on the last levels. Well, this was kind of good also, it wasn’t much worse than other levels, but worse anyways. It’s the only Medium level. Whatever…

OVERALL OVERALL: 32.8:4=8.2
LEVEL RANK: Good level(Episode)
DOWNLOAD RECOMMENDATION: Yes, like there is a choice now in J2Ov2.

ENDING COMMENTS: Well well well, you did this pack quite well. Just make the next part even better. I’m eagerly waiting for the next part. And I wish you could make the next part a bit longer and more difficult also, and make the design very exciting, and put something and something, to make it more fun to play. I perhaps would like to play this again if I was bored, but not instantly. Fine one blacky, keep going!

Ok, so I’m beginning to rate and review some levels again, after a long pause, which I kept, because I didn’t have such time for this and I was some bored, but now I’m loaded with some new energy, so here it goes. The review for this level:

DESIGN/FUN-FACTOR
I saw instantly that this level was such a for fun-style. Well, then this is going to be fun factor, well..it wasn’t kind of fun to play if wasn’t bored, but it might were a good snack if you wanted to test it. Let’s say that this deserved a six about fun-factor, because there were no design.
6/10

EYECANDY
It was the same old eyecandy which is enough good to deserve an eight, but there were some awful bugs or tile-placing problems. I mean that you could have fixed them and improved some with layer five. Like the place where you have to shoot the destruct-bricks to get to the upper floor, the problem could have been fixed with an another way, example layer five. So it’s a seven.
7/10

ORIGINALITY
It’s a seven for a first guess, and for the last one. Level’s your made, which is the main-thing, tileset and music are basic, but one point goes off also, because of the basic eyecandy, I mean that you could have created layers six and seven with different bricks.
7/10

GAMEPLAY
There’s only one level and it isn’t shocking long. The floating landscape in some places could have all been just thick bricks, but it doesn’t matter in this case, you aren’t able to fall without cheats, though. Anyways, the secret warp’s warp target is too near the left wall, the character sticks to the wall if you move any, that you should fix, because you have to use cheats to get out. Again, this section doesn’t give very high point. Only a three.
3/10

STUFF PLACEMENT
Enemies, ammo, carrots, savepoints, etc. are all averagely placed.
6/10

+ OR – EXTRA POINTS

-1 No readme
-1 No difficulty-settings

OVERALL: 27:5=5.4~5.5
LEVEL RANK: Average level
DOWNLOAD RECOMMENDATION: As I said, if you aren’t bored, this might be a quick snack for you(but it’s just my opinion.)

ENDING COMMENTS: Ok, I think that was all, I don’t put any special comments, because I’m feeling some sick already because I haven’t had any fresh air today yet, just practise using JCS, and make something more innovative.

Well, I made edit anyways, because seemed that I rated a bit low, but really, only a bit. This overrating should stop now, indeed. I will give it a half-point more, so it wouldn’t look like unfair. But I just might have a bit different standards and I don’t give “easy-points”, for almost anything. But be nice of the half-point which I gave you anyways, because of these overraters.

I’m not really in a mood to rate this as this looks quite like some weirdo thingy. So I say some things again in a simple way.(Or complicated?)

Now I found this out that this is also a level serie. It seems like you would be copying me as I made ultimate-command serie. Well I couldn’t make a copyright thingy for this idea, but I don’t like it as you..well..erm, like saw my episode and then you got an idea…YAY!! I MAKE MY OWN LEVEL-SERIE ALSO!!!YAY!! And you thought you can make a better one also, so you put an intro which’s tileset is made with that programmeh. And you put much same kind of commanding-thingies to your levels, but you made a lot of shorter episode than me. Well..I’m not sure that did you really wanted to copy meh but I don’t care by this stage so much that I would get angry, etc.

Then you used some converted JJ1-tileset and it seemed a bit crappy. It makes the originality thingy already quite poor. At least you included your own music etc. Other thingies were quite well done but originality but gameplay are some questionable, at least for me. But I’m not in a mood to rate this as this would be something too complicated for meh, but this doesn’t mean that I couldn’t rate my own episode if I would be able to..You know what I mean?

Hope you learned something about this. I wonder that does the name sonic, something like copy, as your not the first sonic-named on j2o who like copies others some and makes unoriginal things, as I remember Sonic the Hedgedog-game.

Happy birthday to you…Blur

But now onto review.

———————————————

TILE AMOUNT / USEFULNESS
Yes, there is quite big choice of tiles which to use, and they are quite handful and look fine. Nothing else to add…Maybe something very little lacks or some things could have been done better that I would give 10, but 9 is fine also. Maybe some destruct scenery, etc.
9/10

GRAPHICS / EYECANDY
It’s fine but I would have wished for more background-eyecandy stuff, like mountains or desert.
9/10

TILE LINKING
This is perfect! This doesn’t seem to lack any kind of a tile like a bottom of a floor for an example.
10/10

ORIGINALITY
Some tiles look some about the disguise-tileset type and the turret idea also. It’s fine but not really original idea. I give this 8 in this case.
8/10

EVENT STUFF
I saw hook, vine and something else like this. But I waited for some more of animating tiles and lack of hurt-events I also noticed. I know as the blur said that this is basically meant for multiplayer-levels, like ctf, battle but there could be some kind of them anyways.
8/10

REALIZATION
It looks quite nice and it really involves me into the tileset like I would really be there, it doesn’t look so silly that I would be so confused. But how about this wind then?
9/10

+ OR – EXTRA POINTS

-1 No readme or another kind of information
+1 Example levels
+1 Three types of tilesets

OVERALL: 52:6=8.67~8.7
TILESET RANK: Good tileset
DOWNLOAD RECOMMENDATION: Probably yes, this can be useful.

ENDING COMMENTS: Nice tileset! I think that I’m gonna use this tileset some time and others also. Once more, happy birthday for you and your tileset. Unfortunately I don’t have a present for you. ;P
It looks like I would be able to build some kind of modern castle as this is a fortress, and windy one.
PS. YAY!!! Doom-sound effects in the music you included in this pack for the battle level. r0x!

Let’s do tha review.

DESIGN
For fun? Nothing, the level is just some trash and why did you really want to put those skeletons and Devan Devil-boss into the level?
1/10

EYECANDY
You linked some tiles quite well even this tileset is quite complicated, but other layers than 4, 3, 5 and 8 aren’t used at all. Background is textured and made correctly but it should be faded with some other color or filled with stars. Some layout also looks a bit too simple or boring and you had problems with layers 5 and 3.
3/10

ORIGINALITY
Uhm, I think this is quite poor also because the level has the name: “Untitled”, it has no next level-setting neither music so this isn’t quite kind of original, you know. Tileset is Pyro’s edited Haunted-tileset but anyways the level is your made.
4/10

GAMEPLAY
What can I say, this is quite poor level. You still had a lot of space in your level which could all have been used and level is very easy, even the devan boss because you put there so many full-energies. The level is really short and there are lotsa dead ends. And there’s only one level.
2/10

STUFF PLACEMENT
Aaarghh! This is kinda bad. There were empty areas where weren’t pickups at all and then, a flock of seekers and the most is useless, this was a bit better with other guns. But you overused these seekers and you shouldn’t have put that amount of full-energies into the boss-arena. There ain’t no gems neither food also. There’s only skeletons which is quite boring to just shoot them as they walk there and walk here. Not that they were bad idea but there could have been different idea. Well this causes the filename of the level but it doesn’t affect in the design anyways, sorry.
3/10

+ OR – EXTRA POINTS

-1 A readme, but there ain’t enough text or properful information, etc.
-1 No difficulty-settings
-1 Lots of useless files in the pack

Seems that you’re new to J2O and you didn’t read the rules properly, but seems also that you haven’t used JCS very often as there were lots of bugs in the level and I even expect that you didn’t test the level before upload. You forgot to name the level, you forgot to choose the music into the level, you forgot to set the next level-setting which could have been a loop to the same level itself or a shortcut to the menu. At least this wasn’t overrated. No worry, you will learn to use JCS and J2O properly later then. :)

This ain’t again a level which would be some possible to rate for me as I didn’t play it through properly. But let me review this some without rating as I wouldn’t be sure how to rate this. So I say some things straightly now…

It seemed that devan has some kind of secret weapon? How’s this all begun? There aren’t any readme or story about the idea.

It’s always easier to make a level from a JJ1-tileset. So it’s simple anyways. There is some flying objects at the main background and it looks quite good. But millions of bolls and some other weird stuff make the eyecandy confusing. At least you linked tiles well.

What’s done with the originality, it’s like a jj1-level in jj2. So it’s your made level in jj1. You know.. I don’t mean you steal anything..Just ok.

Gameplay is rather average as the difficulty of this is quite big. There seemed to be no save-points or a few but it’s so darn hard because the flocks of spike-bolls. There’s no difficulty settings. One thing which sucks even more is that there is no hope to save in the first level because the amount of enemies. Did you put an enemy block into somewhere where is 100 lizards or something? There didn’t seem to be quite much of them into the point till I played. I got too bored into the level as I didn’t any time complete the level. I didn’t get further than the trap-doors and then I skipped.

There’s quite less of ammo, no food and no gems. and they’re placed averagely. Music doesn’t fit the level very much but I think it wouldn’t also be a horrible idea.

At the 2nd level where you meet Devan..The boss action doesn’t work very well..There’s tree tufmans behind the wall and the arena is so small that Devan runs out from the arena itself. Now I really wonder did you even tested and completed these levels before you uploaded them..I wonder…
This wouldn’t probably get very high rating from me but it’s a riddle by this stage..

Okay, let’s start reviewing..

DESIGN
Nothing as design except “Tubelectric live?” How?
2/10

EYECANDY
There was some eyecandy at the background layers, but the sprite layer looked really ugly..There were lotsa tile-placing problems which you have to learn to fix and use the correct tiles.. Layout were average in some places but the most was poor.
5/10

ORIGINALITY
Basic tileset, music is used before in some other levels..I really wonder did you make the background tiles yourself. Nothing new, special.
4/10

GAMEPLAY
Rather kind of bad. Level isn’t very long and everywhere is just suckertubes, suckertubes, suckertubes… You have to collect some ammo and go to the main-warp and then to use the ammo to the bricks to finish the level.
2/10

STUFF PLACEMENT
Really bad. So weirdly placed in flocks and some are even overused. There were also strange placement for enemies and chosement.
2/10

+ OR – EXTRA POINTS

+1 Weird but acceptable readme
-1 No difficulty-settings
-1 Music doesn’t fit the level very well

OVERALL: 14:5=2.8~2.7
LEVEL RANK: Very bad level
DOWNLOAD RECOMMENDATION: No thanks

ENDING COMMENTS: Okay overraters, this time I won’t give any extra…Your time to stop overrating levels and making suitable ratings. So, this is why your name is SuckaTube, I understand, but remember the tip that people want to play also, not just sit and watch how the rabbit is moving in a tube itself. Now, keep your eyes open as you make those levels.

PS. Why do you people use bad words which are censored in your reviews? I don’t mean that you shouldn’t censore them but, is this “censored as censored” a new kind of fashion? I have saw them a lot last days – Sorry if this is some irrelevating but I had to ask.

Just wanted to make a short review about this, not really wanted to judge and rate.

Well, the levels are puzzle-type but all they have the same idea. Bring 5 things of some type to a person and find out exit, but they seemed to be really interesting and I really wish that you would make more of another kind of puzzle-levels. Well, stories and designs were invented well. Eyecandy suxed in some levels quite much but it had been done very well in others.
So, you did all the tilesets yourself anyways, great! That’s really original, good!
If I remember correct, the 3rd level was being hosted once in a server. The head hunter. I remember that as I didn’t solve it at the server but now as there wasn’t any other players on the way, I solved it in about 10 minutes.
I also liked quite much about other levels. There were some japanese animation-style in the 1st level. Nice music choice! I also wonder that why there were lots of ammo which had no use. No readme, doh.

I could say that this would be overally just good puzzle-solving, it takes some time but it’s interesting. Just enough long and not too hard or too easy puzzles. This would be about 8.2 in my opinion, but since I’m not sure about it because this is a puzzle-levelpack I don’t rate. Well done, and make more of these.

An sp-level, reeeview.

DESIGN
There was no story, just suddenly in a dungeon without knowing what to do, it seemed to be for fun. I didn’t find it very fun to play but I didn’t get too bored when I played it.
5/10

EYECANDY
This could be done better. There is lots of tile placing-problems and eyecandy-bugs. Like in layer 6 or 5, there seemed to be palms which were floating in the air strangely. And that odd floating object which covered some gems shocked me, so just only 5.
5/10

ORIGINALITY
Basic tileset, basic music. You made your level but I see that you took quite much ideas from the dungeon dilemma level.
5/10

GAMEPLAY
This was also kinda short level, it took me about 2 minutes to complete and it were rather easy. Next level setting should have been endepis or something, cuz this wasn’t a pack.
3/10

STUFF PLACEMENT
It wasn’t also very well done. Enemies were placed quite well but there were just so less of them. And ammos had strange flocks which shouldn’t have to be.
6/10

+ OR – EXTRA POINTS

-1 No readme
-1 Not enough of difficulty-affecting settings

OVERALL: 22:5=4.4=4.5
LEVEL RANK: Questionable level
DOWNLOAD RECOMMENDATION: Try with your own permission :D

ENDING COMMENTS: You have to force some on eyecandy. You had quite much eyecandy in this, basic tileset using level, but you had a lot of tile placing-problems in the sprite layer. Also make your levels longer and yes, put em in pack, or make an episode. Make your levels originally harder and put more difficulty-settings. More enemies in hard, more carrots and pickups in easy.

Finally time to review.

DESIGN
This seems to have a design. I instantly knew what was the language which was used in this lvl. Swedish. So, son of jazz, you’re swedish, right? Hmmm, or is this danish? I decided at first not to judge this section this time, because I didn’t find out at the start what could have been the design , whatever. So idea is to destroy some kind of an elevator? This idea could have deserved such 6 or something, but it was really confusing and hard to find out what to do, so a 4.
4/10

EYECANDY
It’s really poor. Only layers 8, 5, 4 and 3 seemed to be used. But those 5 and 3 were just for the, erm how could I explain? For that non-eyecandy stuff.
But it’s really poor and there were also lots of tile-placing problems.
2/10

ORIGINALITY
Trying to make a level with a different language, not original and even such a poor idea. Tileset is custom, music is basic, level’s your made. But really, you didn’t use some tiles like they should have been. And the idea of destroying an elevator, I think that’s the design or the destination, and that idea has been used before also.
2/10

GAMEPLAY
This level is also really small, there’s just nothing there. And some weird stuff there, like a hurt event which can’t be dodged. “The whole darkness” is also a bad idea. I’m just confused about that what to do. Well, I think that I just should give this section a 1, but there was something which may affect that I give this a 2. Yes, a 2.
2/10 Doh, still just 2 :/

STUFF PLACEMENT. No food, gems, ammo. There’s a shield, and a few hurt-events. Enemies are placed badly, but it could have been worse.
3/10

+ OR – EXTRA POINTS

-2 because of this alien language, which is a major-mistake.
-1 No readme.
-1 No difficulty settings.
-1 Music doesn’t fit the level very well.

ENDING COMMENTS: So, why did I put ending comments before the point-counts? Well, you really should make some properful levels. I shocked when I saw other’s reviews about this. Even Sun fun dude who gave a smaller number than the others, still overrated in my opinion. But as so many was being rating so high I think this time that I’m rating too low. And also then I noticed that you were saying that this is your first level. I can’t be sure about that. But I’m anyways being fair and giving a total 1 more to the final rating. And this will be called as “exception.” Don’t worry even level rank might be Very bad level. It was your good one anyways. :)

OVERALL: 8:5=1.6=1.7+“Exception=1”=2.7
LEVEL RANK: Very bad level
DOWNLOAD RECOMMENDATION: Not really necessary.
