A very nice level by Cmdr Dats. The design and eye candy were good, but I do have complaints. One of them being lack of weapons. The weapons WERE placed nicely though. To sum it up, “Brinxtaha” is a good battle level any battle fan should add to their collection. :-)

Btw, I love the music. It fits well.

A pretty above average level using NewSpaz’s christmas set. (I really think you SHOULD include the tileset Laguna) the layout was simple, but I like the way the tileset was used (dispite the fact that you could get stuck a lot, but that’s the tileset’s fault, I think.)

Weapon selection was good, as was music choice.

To sum it up, download if you are bored and seek a good battle level. :-)

Yup, it’s another far from perfect level by chris11. The background is simple, tiles horribly placed, useless rooms, dead ends, no next level setting, etc.

chris11, try to look at other highly rated levels as an example. it will help you make better levels.

To sum it up, this is NOT a level download worth. :-P

A good tileset by NewSpaz. Since you don’t like me bickering about an example level, I won’t. ;-)

I like the way the snow looks (sorta has a 3d effect), and the example level shows a few decent ways to use this set. The gingerbread guys sorta look like they were copied from the JJ1 set, but oh well.

Since I don’t use custom sets, I’m not going to use this set. But all you tileset fans should get this. :-)

I must say I’m not a fan of the level or the tileset. The level has a bad foreground and is too small, and confusing becuase it all looks the same. The tileset is small and really doesn’t serve a purpose. Gargoyle, please spend a good amount of time on your levels so they can have better ratings. :-)

Pretty cool single player level using the JJ1 Blocks set. I like the overall way this was done. Music choice was unoriginal, but fit well nonetheless. Enemies were quite well placed, but I felt the layout was kind of simple.

Conclusion: This is a MUST DOWNLOAD for all single player fans. :-)

A pretty good battle level, as the Author’s description says, this is small. Design is good, though I don’t like the layer 3, it is done in a wrong way, very confusing. Interesting the way this has no powerups (except that one I never knew how to get), but it needs a few more weapons.

Conclusion: Download now if you’re a battle fan. :-)

(btw, is there any way to get the powerup? I never found out how. Wait, and idea comes to mind, but I am too lazy to try it.)

A pretty average level pack here.

I like the layout in the first level, though the water looked awful in it (I really wish 16 bit were faster for me.)
There is no next level setting in the first level, bad idea. The second level is weird, I got confused in it because I found no way to get out of the starting room. I don’t like the music pick in the second level too much.

Btw, why is this TSF? I can’t find any TSF only stuff in here.

I got an out of memory error when trying to load 2 of these, so I only got to see the “Queen” level, and I wasn’t very impressed with it. The tiling was sloppy and used all wrong, you didn’t do the tubes currectly. (You have to put the tube tiles in layer 3 too to make them work right)

The whole level is very linear and I can’t say I like it that much, sorry.

Anyways, I can’t load this because the author forgot the tileset. Bad bad idea.

Welcome, once again, to another one of iCeD’s reviews. This level is below average. Contains lack of eye candy, is a hotel level, has everything written in CAPS (ANNOYING, YES.)

Lemme tell ya first hand, no one likes hotels. Period. Make a real level, will ya? ;-)

Anyways, you need to work on your eye candy, layout and ideas were all the same, etc. I can’t reccomend a download for this one. Sorry.

I’m in agreement with Aiko here, there was lots of bad eye candy, bad tileplacement and such. The Diamondus set is pretty easy to use, too. Download of this is not reccomended. Despite this, though, the level has nice use of ideas and a trigger crate. chris11, you have potential. Keep working and you’ll eventually get a very good rating. :-)

I should also note that you should ALWAYS include a next level setting.

Hmm, not a bad level, but it doesn’t top as my fave.

Design/eye candy are both good. It does get a little confusing and hard to navigate, plus it all looks the same.

The base run is a little awkward. Try to keep it constant and straightforward.

Overall if you are bored and are looking for CTF (like me), you should get this. :-)

Level is pretty cool, uses a tileset quite well… The enemies WERE well placed, but there were so many of them they got on my nerves. The design was impressive, and the eye candy was quite good. I should also comment that I don’t really like that box with the destructable blocks that require certain ammo… I didn’t have one of the required ammo, forcing me to use jjammo. Evil.

Overall you should DEFINITELY get this if you’re bored and like good single player levels. :-)

Very nice level for a first. Uses the cool inferno tileset, and has good weapon placement and such. My two complaints were that it was a bit small, and slightly hard to navigate in some places.

Overall you should get this if you’re a battle fan.

Nice level by Cmdr Dats, uses the great 7th Lava Fall tileset.

The music file fits well, (again) and the design, layout and eye candy are all good, my only complaint being most of the weapons are powerups.

Btw, I love the funny text strings. :-)

The eye candy in the town tilesets were used great, and the layout fits the tileset well, a good variety of stuff to get.

Conclusion: Get this now. :-)
