Nothing about these levels are very challenging, interesting or fun. Lot of empty areas. Boring eyecandey. Open level designs leads to a lot of leaps of faith. Difficulty in any parts came from tons of enemies, which even then don’t add much. Overall very average
JJ2 signaled the fallowing internal error.
JJ2 ran out of internal animation structures. There are most probably too much enemies in the current level.
ok tileset, but nothing special. nice to be able ot use it with 1.23 however
It’s been a while since I’ve written a full review and I normally don’t find it necessary. However by the looks of it the author hasn’t improved much since his last upload, so I will take it upon me to provide a review and help improve on the bad.
Note before we begin: There is no reason for this to be TSF. All it is is carrotous, and can be converted with Zaps Level converter found here: http://www.jazz2online.com/downloads/5368/tsf-to-123-j2l-converter/
Not gonna take marks off, just letting you know.
Let’s start with:
Eyecandey
Even 5 or 6 years ago this wouldn’t fly. The background doesn’t fit together and it looks like no effort was put into even trying to make it look good. Layers 7-5 is just a mishmash of tiles from the background and again no effort was put into making it look like a background. It just looks like floating hills and castles. Almost no later 3 was used. Layer 4 is boring with tons of tilebugs, floating platforms and almost no verity. Nothing to make it look good or interesting. To conclude, it looks bad. Tons of tilebugs, horrible backgrounds, almost no layer 3, and boring layer 4. However I have seen worse. Some effort was put into like the caves, but it looks boring and nothing new. The background is what really saps all the points however. I can’t give more then a 2.
2/10
Gameplay
Oh boy. There’s a lot to say, and not much good. The level is fairly linear with some open parts. Most of the level revolves around going in tubes and finding warps. Sounds fun right? In all honesty it’s not the worst. It’s playable, but there are some stupid parts. There is this one point where if you drop down, you can’t get up as Jazz. I then found a message saying that this level is best played as Spaz. Thanks for telling me that AFTER I dropped down. There was another area where you could get stuck if you didn’t have toaster and a near impossible to find blocks to destroy. In another part you could fall off the map which is always nice. There are almost no puzzle elements despite the being a lot of crates. Most of the time you just keep running around looking for more areas to explore or figure out what that crate opened. It wasn’t really that challenging and it can be beating in about 2 or 3 minutes if you really tried. And the pickups, oh the pickups. I’ll go into detail on that later.
In conclusion gameplay is bad. It’s not the worst, but if you tried it’s short, fairly easy and there’s more then a few areas where you can get stuck in. I’ll give a 3.5, just for the fact that some attempt at making interesting gameplay was attempted. At least trigger crates and zones were used to try and keep it interesting. The only problem is, it still failed to do so.
3.5/10
Enemy Placement
It’s meh. However there are some areas where it seems like you NEED to take damage which is absolute bull****. I got down to one heart but I was being REALLY careless. If you ignore the parts where you need to get hit, getting by without loosing a heart wouldn’t be that hard. Also some of the choices are bad. Devils on carrotous? I’ll give a 2.5, would have been a 3 if it wasn’t for the need to get hit parts.
2.5/10
Pickup Placement
OH BOY this is the big one. There are pickups EVERYWHERE. 1ups, gems, food, ammo, powerups you name it. It’s a complete overload. Now I know you gave use a warning, but even so this isn’t the kind of stuff you upload. You can’t upload levels like this filled with garbage and expect us to just look over it. If I wanted to just have fun collecting stuff, I can make a level for myself very quickly. There is no excuse, you can’t fill levels with everything and expect good ratings.

DR?: I can’t say give this a try. There are so many problems with this level I could sit here for a lot longer going into them. However I encourage you to not give up. Look up some better levels, read some tutorials and get friends to beta test. Post on the forums if you need beta testers or even me. I’m willing to help. Keep trying. As it stands, I don’t recommend downloading this at all.
@TreyLina While I do agree that things like NES conversion don’t fix the artstyle, I still think if done right they can still work. However the only one to get it right so far has been hocous pocous
I was able to get it work so here is a review. I“ll go over each level as it’s pretty short. First story
Story
I really don’t know what’s going on. If your going to make a story in a notepad or something, don’t use word not everyone has it. I had no clue what was going on in game so I can’t give any points for story. I’m not even sure if there is suppoed to be one.
1/10
Level 1
Eyecandey
As with almost all the levels in the pack, the author tries to use the JJ1 tilesets that come with JCS. As such they suffer form animation loss and bad masking. Level one is bland. With no animations the level kinda feels dead. Ground is boring and tilebugs can be seen. Almost no layer 3 was used and background was boring, but that’s the tilesets fault. Thing is, at least use one of the many conversions on this website. I’ll give a 2.
2/10
Gameplay
Gameplay is short and boring. No chance of dieing at all. Linear and boring. No puzzle elements are involved and it’s basically running in one direction and going up at times. The blaster powerup and many fast fires take away any difficulty. Level is short as well at only about 2 minutes. There’s a tuff boss at the end but the powerup makes him a joke. You can destroy the wall and go outside the arena but it’s uneeded and I didn’t find a way back up once I fell. There were some coins but they didn’t make me want to come back to find them. There were some text strings but I thought they were out of place. Overall, boring, short and no chance of dieing.
1/10
Enemy Placement
Not many and no chance of dieing. Not much else to say,
1/10
Pickup Placement
There’s quite a bit of food here and in one case to many bananas. Normal ammo was ok but the fastfires and blaster power up killed any chance of this getting more then a 1.
1/10
Level 1 score: 5/40
Level 2
*Eyecandey*Almost the same deal as level 1. However the background was at least somewhat interesting. It’s basically just moving slime but at least it’s something. The green outline makes a bigger deal here and it makes the level look kinda stupid at times. Vines didn’t turn out. Music heart my ears
2/10
Gameplay
Very short again. Not much of a challenge. However, there are many pits where if you fall, there’s no way up so you have to wait until your rabbit dies from the spikes below. Not enough enemies, all you do is basically go up. Vines didn’t turn out. To many powerups. No replay. About it
1/10
Enemy Placement
Not enough. about it
1/10
Pickup Placement
To many powerups in the open. I guess food and ammo is ok but still. No need for something like 3 powerups.
1/10
Overall score: 5/40
Level 3:
Not worth rating. All you do is run right and fall
Level 4
Eyecandey
ummmm wow. This is a wierd tileset. All this is, is random colors and stuff put together. I have no clue what was going on. Tilebugs everywhere. Random nature and just umm. U have no clue what to say
1/10
Gameplay
Pretty boring. Linear, short, not going to die as long as your awake, short, to much food and ammo.. I“m running out of things to say. There was something about a gold coin but I just wanted to finish this and write the review
1/10
Enemy Placement
Not enough except at the final part, but that’s ok. You get like 2 sugar rushes.
Pickup Placement
Was ok at the begining, then you put like 200 food items and tons of gems. I got 2 sugars rushes at once. Also to much ammo which isn’t needed.
1/10
Overall score: 4/40
The ending was just end spelled with like 200 1ups. No point and didn’t wrap up the story or pack.
Final Score: 15/130
Score:1.2
Rank: F
DR? No. I’m sorry but I got no enjoyment out of this. Boring gameplay, easy levels, bad placement and the use of horrible tilesets. It’s safe to say this wasn’t beta tested and it should have been. I just wanted to finish this and write a reveiw for it. I can’t give it a DR at all, but keep trying. Hopfully this review will help show you what you did wrong and I hope you improve upon your mistakes. As it stands I give a 1.2 and no DR.
Been a while since I’ve made a review, mainly because I’m only decent at reviewing single player levels.
Anyhow, this level is simple, basic, and there was no need to upload really. But whatever I“ll give you some feedback.
Story
non given so i won’t rate.
Eyecandey
Eyecandey is very basic. Background is about as boring and generic as you can get. No layer 7 or 6. Just one tile repeated over again. Layer 4 is basic. Not much verity in the ground or floor. Not much was used to make the level look alive or anything. In fact, the level looks dead and empty. Little to no layer 3 was used and overall, it’s just basic stuff. Some tilebugs here and there and i found that one point with spikes looked weird. (third screenshot) Overall I can give more then a 2. Were in 2010 and this doesn’t even meet the basics of eyecandey.
2/10
Gameplay
Gameplay was very boring. The level can be done in like 3 minutes if you wanted. The coins were to easy to find and even so, the warp wasn’t anything special. Challenge was non existent. About 3 different types of ammo are given which are uneeded. not enough enemies, which will be talked about. There’s no challenge at all if you die you should uninstall JJ2. I’m sorry no other way I could think of putting it. No replay. No puzzles, and very linear. Only thing that could be considered a puzzle was the spring thing, but all you need to do it fallow a path to find freezers which was again no challenge. Overall, short, boring, no replay and no challenge. Still at least it’s something so I’ll give a 2.
2/10
Enemy Placement
Very bad. Not enough to kill me at all. Put in easy locations for the most part. Not much else to say
1/10
Pickup Placement
Average. There was uneeded ammo, but still at least something was there. As stated coins were too easy to find and more should have been in I think. nothing special about carrots other then they weren’t needed. Checkpoints at some areas also seem uneeded. overall, the placement wasn’t that good.
3/10
Final Score:8/40

DR? It’s been a while but no. While the basic are down and maybe 4 years ago this would net a 3, but by todays standards this just isn’t that good. Basics are there, now it just needs to be expanded . No DR but keep trying. Gain some more skill, play some episodes and get people to test you pack so you can improve it. Good luck in the future!
very nice. Glad to see we finally got this out. Hopefully we will get some good conversion of Tecnoir and Letni. (May do one of them myself if I get bored. Made the pallet already for tecnoir.)
Edit: I’ve decided once Lark get’s back to me on Fanolint, I’ll try to make a more usable Letni tileset. Won’t put as much effort into it as Fanolint, but still it will be a lot more usable then the current one
If it was deleted it means you broke a rule. Don’t re-upload something that was deleted
This level needs lots of work. It suffers from gameplay, eyecandey and placement issues that I will cover. A tip for new comers, ALWAYS test your levels before you upload. If you can’t beat them then you need to make changes.
Now for the review and as usual:
Story
Non is given so I won’t rate. Another good tip. It’s always a good idea to give a story.
Eyecandey
Almost nothing is given. Background is basic. There’s something in layer 6 that is just some floating platforms. It doesn’t work. Layer 4 is basically about 5 tiles repeated over and over again. It’s very bland and the level looks empty. Everything is floating. some layer 3 would have been nice. As it stands very bland so i can only give a 1.
1/10
Gameplay
The level is very broken mainly because you can get stuck. The main mode of transport is warps. But the beginners trap is present, where the exits are placed too close too the wall and you get stuck. Another sign this wasn’t tested. Other then that no much too talk about. There’s a Queen boss at a point in the level but that’s nothing too talk about. Falling out of the level is easy and there’s no way too recover. There’s 3 carrots that aren’t needed. Little pickups. No challange and enemies you can’t really avoid. Overall I can’t give more then a 1 for broken gameplay and the fact it can be done in like a minute or 2.
1/10
Enemy Placement
Only about 15 bats and a queen boss. Only problem is you can’t really avoid the bats.
1/10
Pickup Placement
Only some TNT and chips at the beginning. Some useless coins and purple gems. Some carrots are also here. nothing to really speak about.
1/10
Final Score: 3/30
Score: 1/10
Rank: F
DR? I’m sorry but i can’t. The level is unplayable without cheats and it is too short. Eyecandey is bad and overall it’s no fun too play with no replay value. I give it a 1 and no DR but don’t give up. Read some tutorials, practice and get some people too test the levels and give feedback. I hope this has helped out. :) Better luck next time.
Ok time for one review.
When I review beginner levels I lower my standards to give the levels a chance. I will try and be as constructive as possible. These levels are bad, but they do show some things.
Story
Non is really given. The story I guess is to blow up Devan’s fortress. that’s it. While it is a simple concept, some more info and story would have been great. sorry no more then a 1 as a good pack needs at least some semblance of a story.
1/10
Eyecandey
Level 1:
Eyecandey is very bland. We have once again floating fever. A lot of things are just floating in midair but that’s not the worst. Background is just a textured background, nothing else. Boring. Layer 4 is bland and while there are lots of animated tiles in the animation area of JCS, only about 3 of them were used. The whole level feels empty. No layer 1-3. As for tilebugs I guess most things fit together, but there are some things not connected to anything.
1/10
Level 2:
Same deal. Some tilebugs, floating, boring, empty. Not much difference. Don’t know what else to say.
1/10
Total:2/20
Gameplay
Level 1:
This level consist of running right and left while killing enemies. No real challenge to speak of. The author tried to throw in some puzzle elements but there’s only one, find a crate. All you do is run left while avoid rats and suckers. No challenge. At the end of some suckers there’s a bolly boss which fits the theme. The arena is boring. there’s lots of spikes but if you use the buttstomp trick there’s no problems.
Overall, boring first level. Takes about 3 minutes if not that.
1/10
Level 2:
Same deal. This one is blander as there’s no puzzles and it’s shorter. No challenge. Half way through the level there’s 2 queens. There so close to the ledges though that they only take like 3 hits. nothing to really talk about. The lack of powerups makes the Devan boss annoying to kill. The first form is glitched as there’s some tops of tubes on the ground. Devan can get stuck or even jump off screen. Luckily hitting the activate boss fixes that. Overall, boring an easy.
1/10
Overall: Boring, short and no real replay value. Overall, bad.
Total: 2/20
Enemy Placement
There are a lot of suckers in the pack but a lot of them are place high enough so you can just walk under them. There are some tuff turtles and rats but that’s about it. No enough to kill me. I only almost died because i was being so careless I wasn’t even watching the enemies. lol
1/10
Pickup Placement
Almost non. Some fast fires in level 2. level 1 only has 3 carrots. That’s it no gems, coins or anything. Nothing to give the pack any replay value.
1/10
Final Score:6/60
Score: 1.2
Rank: F
DR? I didn’t want to give this a 1 since the author has the basics of JCS. Suckers, enemies and trigger knowledge is here but now enough is given to give a real rating. I’ll give you a 1.2 and i wish you luck in creating more levels. If you need testing feel free to contact me. Read some tutorials, and good luck. As it stands, no DR.
Quick review.
I know the pain of this level. I had to edit it myself in order too beat it. From what I can learn, this was a bug in some versions of the game. This fix makes it easier, but I think it makes it TOO easy. The top bouncers are covered up making it so you can’t get bounced back up into the top area. With no consequence for failure, the jump is too easy I have nothing against the fix, but I think something could be done to make it more challenging. Not as hard as it normally is, but a little easier. Like what I did, I removed the bounce from the ends of the bouncers. That made it so i could fail, but made the jump possible. As this is, I like the fix, but more challenge could have been given.
This is just my opinion. As it stands, I still give it a 7.5 and DR.
Yeah thanks snooze. i know my level as crap. (City one) First attempt at a battle level and it was made quickly. (Only about 2 days) thanks for the feedback!
Defiantly better. order is still a little bad in some areas but you have added lots more tiles. The background looks better and the destruct blocks look better. I like it a lot better. 7.5 and DR
Decent conversion, but too many tiles missing, not enough freedom and way too many frames for animations. Also no textured background? Order isn’t that good either. There’s also some color changes from the original
There are some packs that are good, some packs that are bad, and some packs that are begging to be taken to the curve beaten down then taken down a dark alley for even more pain. This is one of those cases. This pack is so incredibly bad that calling JJ4 is not only an insult to me, but to Jazz himself. This pack is insultingly bad. Luckily, I’ve played it so you don’t have to.
Lets start with:
Story
I found nothing to match what was given in the text.. The text strings where in a different language and even so the HUD made some of them hard to read. Bad start.
1/10
Level 1:
Eyecandey
Wow. This is one of the worst. Background looks horrible with tilebugs and parts that don’t have anything in it, causing problems. Layer 4 is one tile repeated or and over again. It’s floating and there’s nothing given. It’s about as horrible as it gets. No layer 3. Not much else to say.
Gameplay
Wow you run right, jump a little shoot and then your at the end. Done in about 10 seconds. Not only that but the end of level event is put in a random location. Took me a minute to find it.
Enemy Placement
I think there were 3 enemies. Need I say more?
Pickups
NON
Conclusion
Horrible first level.
1/10
Level 2
Eyecandey
Almost same deal. Background has tilebugs as usual. Not fully placed. Layer 4 consists of floating platforms that are incomplete. Looks bland and boring. No layer 3. The end consists of shoot blocks.
Gameplay
Here you jump across platforms to get to the end. If you fall, you go back to the start. There are some helicopters but there too high up. It’s boring and completed in about 20 seconds. Not much else to say.
Enemies and Pickups
NON! Only helicopters
Conclusion
Horrible.
1/10
Level 3
Eyecandey
Same deal as level two. Floating, boring, and tons of tilebugs.
Gameplay
Run right, kill two lizards and you win. About 3 seconds.
Enemy Placement
Two lizards. Nothing more
Pickups
non
Conclusion
Horrible

DR? This pack is horrible. One of the worst I’ve every played. Do your self a a favor and don’t download this. No matter how curious, don’t download it. Just because it’s called JJ4 this pack looses every last credit it has. No DR. Stay away.
most of these come from the converting process. Not much i can do. Also birldland wasn’t meant to changed. It was only make assessable from the first labrat level.
I just keep getting errors saying that it can’t find Jazz2 even though it’s in the same folder as jazz 2. Is this supposed to happen?
Another great program by Zaps
What this is
This is a very useful utility that scans for TSF files and puts them in a separate folder. It’s a great way to clean your 1.23 folder of all the Tsf crap.
Look
Like all Zaps programs, it’s a DOS .exe so i won’t rate this part.
Ease of use
All you do is drag it into the folder you want it to scan, let it run, and everything is sorted. Look in the TSF folder it makes and everything is there. As long as you have one brain cell, you can use it.
10/10
Uses
The program only has one use, but that doesn’t mean this part won’t get a 10. What can be done with this is great as once you have all the files in a folder, I can convert them with zapS tileset and level converter. I just ran it and I don’t have any more garbage in my 1.23 folder and I’m going to convert them later. Even though it’s uses are limited, what it does works and is very useful.
10/10
Bugs
I found no bugs in this program whatsoever. It’s a foolproof way to sort everything.
10/10
Final Score: 30/30
Score: 10

DR? This is a great program to go along with zapS level and tileset converter as everything in the 1.23 folder can get sorted and then converted easily. Download this right now and I look forward to more of Zaps programs!
Well after much turmoil and pain, I’ve completed to final episode and all I have to say is, wow.
Story
The story takes place right after the events of Resistance. You are on your way to Nippus to stop Devan once and for all and to get your revenge. You are told to keep Eva’s ring on at all time. When you arrive, you are greeted by Devan’s armies and you right to get in his fortress. There, you have to disable 3 seals that seal Devan form you. You find strange portals that suck you in and the rest is great. Trust me, there were times when I was tempted to jjnext the levels so I could see what was going to happen next. The story sucks you in and never lets you out. The plot twists along the way are great and I never saw them coming. The ending is a little bit a cliffhanger, but nun the less great. Overall, great story and a great way to wrap up the Invasion of Deserto.
10/10
Eyecandey
The eyecandey is definitely up to Mikes standards. The backgrounds are awesome in every level but the jungle level and storm level really sticks out in my mind. The levels look great. Lots of layers are used and it looks like. Now for layer 4. The first levels look great. The Fortress that Devan is hiding in looks well and it designed greatly. Lots of animations make it look great. When you go through the first portal, we go to the jungle level which looks great! The lighting really adds to the mood and the castle looks nice. The fortress look great with a nice background and a really advanced look. The island levels looks great as everything looks natural and looks like what a real island would look like. The next level fortress is a little plain, but still looks nice. Acid lake looks nice but it doesn’t look natural. It think it was meant to look that way but the eyecandey is still nice. The third fortress looks incredible. I mean really the WTF tileset was used greatly here and it looks so cool. Oasis looks great but the layout looks weird. Still nice with lots of eyecandey. The forth fortress looks great, with a nice use of the Temple tileset. looks nice and really looks nice a fortress at times. The platforms that move are also cool. There’s more levels, but they basically re-use other levels which is ok since they are meant to connect to each other with some areas connecting to other areas. All these levels have 0 tilebugs and the amount of Eyecandey sets the standards. Nice work Mike!
10/10
Gameplay
I have to say one thing right now, this is one of the most original packs I have ever seen in my life. Ever other level something is introduced that i have never seen done before in any pack before. The difficulty is also very high, even harder then the Rebirth of Evil which was hell to get through. There will be times when you want to throw something at the screen. That being said, it’s still very fun to play. Next thing is the size. Every level takes a while to complete. Average level length is 10 minutes or longer, meaning that this won’t be done in one sitting. (It took me 4 days!) Lets start with level one which is pretty basic. Nothing special but still fun. It’s a little hard, but not to bad. Nice puzzles involving find crates and breaking them. When we get to the Fortress of Ruin, the difficulty spikes. It’s hard with lots of spikes and traps. It’s very wide open though and still fun. Once you find the portal, you go to the jungle which has some nice twists with playing as the frogs and the birds. It’s hard, but fun. Fortress of storms is still hard, but has a great concept of being strong winds on the roofs, making navigation harder. The puzzles are still nice with lots of exploration needed. For the first boss, I was hard! It was a tuff boss but you first have to him. Once there, the wind is going which means on hit my the boss or the turtles, and your going over. I was happy that it was hard and I even got a continue screen! Beat, you go back to the castle where you find some freezers which have something so cool. You use them as a light in the dark tunnels which is such a cool idea. Second portal takes you too the island. This has a cool concept of finding gems to open a path. Then you find shoes and using a glitch, you have now walk underwater! This is a great idea and i loved it. The bottom part is very hard, using lots of crate puzzles a clever shield puzzle to get to the end. Dreampipes is next which is by far the hardest level in the pack. You have to race the water to get to the top and destroy the blocks using the toaster. This is hard and it takes MANY MANY MANY MANY attempts to get it right. This one isn’t as fun but the originality is so great, it out ways that. Next boss is Ultres and it hard. This time you are doing the opposite buy race the water down while avoiding spikes. I got down there with one health. You then fight the boss on a small platform. It’s hard and it’s wise to get down there before the waters gone as I just spammed seekers until it died. It’s hard, but not impossible. Next portal takes us to acid lake. This is a great concept where you have to ride a rock down the lake while dodging obsticals. It’s fun but hard. If you fall in, you loos a heart and you can try again. You can avoid loosing a heart by buttstomping as soon as the warp is done. Then we go to the WTF level which is very hard. It uses mainly Spaz as you have to time your jumps to go up the springs while dodging spikes. It’s really hard, but once you figure it out it isn’t that bad. You also have to dodge pools of toxic chemicals buts that can be impossible sometimes. Then we have a concept where if you fun to fast on the bridges, there break and you fall. It’s a great concept and it’s fun to do. The puzzles are nice as you have to find crates to open paths and to go to different parts in the levels. The boss isn’t hard that hard as long as you have lots of freezers. Then you go through the srpings without setting them off. The concept before the boss is that if you butstomp, you die. which is hard but like I said freezers and your fine. The platforms break away in the boss room if you fall and there’s spikes on the roof to stop the buttstomp trick. After a trip through the castle we end up at Oasis where we have to find 50 coins to complete the level. It’s a fun concept and there’s more then 50 coins to be fair. Takes some searching, but it’s fun and challenging. The 4 fortress seems unfair at times with spikes coming out of no ware. Still that doesn’t way down the fun factor with find more crates and jumping across disappearing platforms. It’s a hard one, but not as hard as some of the other levels. The battle with Devan is hard. Lots of carrots are there on easy. There’s two Blisy bosses throwing fireballs at you which adds to the challenge. Defeating him then takes you to rocket turtle which you fallow to the castle. there all you tricks will be put into affect where you chase the boss threw the fortress. If you beat him, you’ve beaten the episode. The rocket turtle is hard and it took me a couple of attempts. When you do defeat the boss, it’s rewarding. Some other things to say. First, I love of how I used me other ammo. You will be put in situations where you will want to use you special ammo which is something i don’t so much. Even in the first 4 I played through most of the game using only my blaster. Second, we have problems with saving but no marks off as that’s Jazz 2 problems. The music is also well choicen. It stays with the mood and it’s kick ***! Overall, this gameplay is great with good puzzles and some great level design and the secrets in the game will bring to back for more.
10/10
Enemy Placement
This pack proves that the enemies in jazz can be hard to deal with. The enemies are put in hard locations and you have to somethings think about how you want to kill them and what to do to get by. This adds a lot as it helps the difficulty and doesn’t make the pack boring. The enemies fit pretty nice and there’s quite a few of them. The enemies are also used in some boss battles which add to the difficulty. These enemies are put in great locations and they managed to give me a continue screen.
10/10
Pickups
Carrots: The carrots are put in nice locations. You will be running around with one heart a lot, but the carrots are nice and put in locations where if there’s going to be a challenge, enough carrots are given. They can be few at times, but the placement is great meaning that you will survive.
Ammo: Ammo is again nice. There’s a lot more then in other episodes, but that’s good because a lot of the time you will be using it. Enough is given to survive and there are put in great locations.
1 ups: they are all hidden but a lot of the time they are put in easy locations which is nice because you will need them so you don’t get a continue. Nice locations and there’s enough to help out.
Food: There’s lots of it and I have to thank Mike for that because I got through a lot of locations using Sugar rushes. Lots is given but you will only get one every 3 or 4 levels.
Coins: A lot of levels have warps with coins which add to the replay. they are well hidden and they really add to help with the replay. Nice work there.
Powerups: I only found one but I know there’s more. This is great as it adds more replay to try and find these powerups which I may do.
Other Stuff: Gems are here which is nice. There’s lots of them but not a gem overflow. Nice verity of reds greens and blue even though you will find lots of reds. Save points are a problem but that’s not a problem in some cases as it’s level design and most levels not have save points you can save in without crashes. Overall, the pickups are in great locations and trying to find them add to the replay value which is very important. Great work!

DR? I know some parts of this review can seem biased, but it’s hard not too. This pack is so fun and has so much originality that it deserves a ten. The pack is hard but fun and the replay is great, meaning you will want to go back and find all the secrets. This gets a DR and is a great way for Evilmike to end his series. Bravo and I thank you for your hard work to bring us this pack. Nice work and I hope you don’t stop making levels!
